Early in the morning, I woke up because of the repeated rings coming from my phone. As I sat on my bed and check it, my brows furrowed and my eyes widen in a tons of messages from Max last night.

Max:

'Di nga?

Max:

Totoo?

Max:

Huy, repy ka naman.

Max:

'Di 'yon joke?

Max:

Tina huy.

Max:

Tulog ka na ba?

Max:

Baka tulog na nga.

Max:

Susunduin kita d'yan bukas bago magtanghalian.

Max:

Good night na lang po mahal na prinsesa. Panaginipan mo sana ako hehe.

Max:

Hi mahal na prinsesa! Good morning!

Max:

Sobrang ganda talaga ng umaga ko ngayon. Gising ka na ba?

Nasapo ko ang noo ko ng naalala na nakatulog pala ako ng maaga kagabi kaya hindi ko namalayan ang reply ni Max. I was going to reply in his messages when another text came from him.

Max:

Tulog ka pa ba mahal na prinsesa?

Ako:

Stop calling me that.

Max:

Gising ka na pala.

Ako:

Obviously.

Max:

Bakit tayo masungit ngayong aga-aga?

I smirked at his message.

Ako:

Nothing. Good morning pala.

Max:

Mas gumanda ang umaga dahil binati mo ako.

Ako:

Lol

Max:

Anong nakakatawa? Totoo naman 'yun. Mas gumanda ang umaga ko dahil binati ako ng isang magandang umaga ng magandang babae.

For a minute, I felt light tickles inside me and my cheeks are heating up. How could he manage to blush me in the morning? Gosh this guy.

Max and I texted for a couple minutes before I decided to hop out on my bed and get some breakfast. On my way to the kitchen, I saw Mom sat on the wooden chair while sipping her coffee and her gaze was on the outside. I looked in the window she's watching and there appeared a family with wide smiles on their faces.

I cleared my throat for a chance to get her attention but it focuses on the the family she's watching.

"Mom." Tawag ko sa kanya nang kinuha ko ang bakanteng upuan sa tabi niya at umupo.
