"BP is stabilising," Dr. Sterre announced. "Operation success." All of us sighed and the others clapped their hands after we did a cardiac surgery.

"Okay, let's close the chest," I said and they obliged.

Palabas na ako ng operating room nang nay tumawag sa 'king pangalan. Napalingon ako at nakita 'kong papalapit si Dr. Sterre.

"Thank you Dr. Perez," I looked at him and nod.

"No, Dr. Sterre, you did all the procedure." Ani ko at umiling siya.

"You also did a great job by guiding us till the end of a successful surgery." He smiled. "Well, I have to go. Thanks for today Doc." Aniya at nilampasan ako.

"Hay nakakapagod," I said as I undress my lab gown and sat on my chair. A few seconds has passed when a knock made me open my eyes.

"Come in," I closed my eyes and rest my head on the chair's headrest.

"You look tired," he said. "You performed rounds?" I felt him sat on the sofa of my office.

"Yeah," I slowly opened my eyes and I saw him smiling. "You?"

"Yeah, I did 3 in the morning and I still have 2 in the afternoon." He's really a busy person. Magaling kasi.

"Another successful operation today." I said and held my phone.

"Oh, congrats," he said with sarcasm and I just rolled my eyes.

"Whatever," I said to Loki and leaned back on my chair.

I'm now working for 4 years at Avelino's Hospital. Yes, their hospital as a cardiologist.

"Someone wanted to give you something." Kunot noo ko siyang tiningnan nang may kinuha siya sa kaniyang lab gown.

"Here," he placed a cream square-shaped envelope on my desk.

"What's this?," he shurgged. "Kanino galing?"

"Viv," tipid niyang sagot. My lips parted as I heard her name. I looked at the envelope in front me.

"Dapat Dr. Tatiana Ashani Perez-Avelino," Loki said but I didn't mind him.

When I opened it, I noticed the gold details around the letter and what really caught my eye is the the big gold letterings.

"What does it say?" He asked and I glanced at him.
