Chapter Three

"Here, come sit, I'll introduce you" Namjoon said.

"Here you go!" Jimin's cheerful voice made me look over a him as he pulled the empty chair next to him, that was in between him and Jin.

I smiled. Namjoon poured three glasses, and passed them to his members beside him, Hoseok passed one to Katie, and Jin to myself and Zoe.

Jimin gave me a beaming smile as I drank a little before Namjoon started speaking.

"So yes, I'm Namjoon, nice to meet you three" he smiled, and looked at Hoseok beside him.

"I'm Hoseok, call me Hobi" Hobi said with a large grin, looking at us three.

I drifted my eyes to Yoongi, "I'm Yoongi" he gave a small smile, nodding his head.

As I looked down the line in what they were doing, it was Jungkook next. He looked anxious, eyes on me already.

"I'm Jungkook, nice to meet you" he said, eyes not faltering on me. I could feel the heat rise from my chest.

I cleared my throat while looking at the next man.

"Hi, I'm Taehyung" he smiled, glancing at all three of us.

I looked over at Katie, she gave me a little wink as we met eyes, making me breath out a small smile.

Jimin looked at me as I turned my head back, "good morning, I'm Jimin" he smiled.

I couldn't help my little laugh, as Zoe joined from beside Jin.

"Ah Jiminie it's good evening, it's not morning anymore" Namjoon corrected him in Korean.

Jimin's eyes went a little wide as he raised his eyebrows, "Excuse me, good evening" he corrected perfectly, with a smile.

Zoe looked smitten by Jimin as we all looked at Jin.

"I'm Jin, world wide handsome, you know?" He said, nodding his head, giving us little winks. We all laughed, which helped relax us all

"I'm Katie, and these two are Zoe, and Clari" Katie said, pointing to each of us. I was glad she did that as all seven pairs of eyes were all glancing between us, well I knew one pair were solely on me.

"Are you all models?" Namjoon asked as we all began drinking.

I nodded, "yeah we are all under the same company"

"Amazing, is it hard work?" He asked again. I knew he would be the main talker in the conversation because of the fact he was the only one truly fluent.

"It can be on the long days" I replied.

"This girl was destined to be a model, trust me" Katie muttered from beside Hobi, he smiled down at her.

I tutted at her, "says you"

Katie had her phone in her hand, "she's being modest, look" she held open her phone towards Namjoon.

I watched as he froze a little, cleared his throat and glanced over at Jungkook, before back at me.

"What on earth did you just show that poor man?" I said with a smile.

She gave me a little wink, before turning her screen around and showing me across the table.

"Holy shit!" Jimin exclaimed from beside me.

It was a lingerie set I had modelled about a year ago, I rolled my eyes, and glanced to my right. Jimin and Tae both had wide eyes, staring at the phone before at one another, and then at Jungkook who bit at his lip, before letting is slide free from his teeth.

I cleared my throat, crossing my legs, leaning back in the seat with my drink in my head.

I did notice Jimin looking down at my bare leg.

"She smells so sweet" Jimin muttered from beside me.

Tae glanced at me, and I looked back over at Namjoon who was staring at the three youngest, "stop it" he muttered with a teasing smile.

Jimin laughed, "Jungkookie we need to swap seats"

"Don't put him on the spot" Jin said from beside me.

In this interaction, Katie and Zoe were both staring at me. They both knew I obviously could speak Korean, Katie basically grew up with me. I shook my head a little, letting them know it wasn't anything worth translating. And at this minute, I was having so much fun knowing that they didn't know I spoke Korean.

"He should get her number" Yoongi said from beside Jungkook, glancing at him.

"Maybe message her on instagram?" Tae offered.

"We could invite them to our show on Friday" Hobi said, leaning forward to look at Namjoon, who nodded slightly.

"We seem rude, try to speak in english please" Namjoon interrupted.

And in that moment, Katie looked at me, "What are they talking about?"

My heart dropped a little, I knew she had done this so they all knew I spoke Korean, and it would be a way to talk to Jungkook.

I glanced down at my drink before looking back up. Every single pair of eye were looking at me, some with surprised expressions, other with embarrassed expressions.

"I'm sorry, you speak Korean?" Yoongi asked me.

I nodded, taking a sip of my wine.

It was quiet again, I glanced over at Jungkook who leant back in his chair, one arm folded over his large chest and the other hand pinching at his lips, his cheeks were flushed red, as were his ears.

"Fluently?" Namjoon asked, glancing at Jungkook as well before back at me.

I smiled, "Yes"

It was quiet again.

I cleared my throat, as I looked over and Katie, who was fighting to keep a straight face, I shook my head slowly at her with a playful smile.

"Clari, I'm really sorry if we have offended you in any way" Namjoon said, Yoongi grunting and nodding in agreement.

"Oh no, no please don't think that. It was the most fun I've had in a while" I assured him, leaning forward.

"Oh thank god" Jimin breathed out next to me, and Taehyung started to laugh, covering his mouth with his hand as his shoulder began to move up and down.

Jungkook was slowly smiling, but still didn't move.

"Honestly, it was really fun. I would have broke soon though, so don't worry" I said in Korean, they all turned to look at me.

"Oh wow, you don't even sound like you are a foreigner" Yoongi praised, nodding at me.

I smiled.

"My Grandad is Korean, him and my Dad taught me from a very young age" I explained.

Namjoon nodded, "where is he from in Korea?"

"Busan" I replied.

Jungkook and Jimin looked at one another, before Jungkook looked at me. We stared at one another for a few seconds.

"So am I and Jimin" he said quietly, relaxing slightly.

I smiled warmly at him, which he returned slowly.

I knew the boys around us were desperate to say something, I could feel it from Jimin's large grin next to me.

An hour later, the conversation was mixing between Korean and English, Katie and Zoe were doing very well to keep up with the Korean side with me and Namjoon translating. Everyone was drinking, and I had noticed that Jungkook had relaxed a lot, he was laughing and being his normal playful self is what I assumed.

I stood up, and most of the table looked at me, "just going to the bathroom" I smiled.

I walked away, feeling eyes on my backside.

"Jungkookie stop it, we can all see where you are looking" I heard Tae's smile in his voice.

"I can hear you!" I called back in Korean, which in return lots of laughter followed after me, I could hear Jin's loud laugh the most.
