Prom, it was now approching in school all i see is the guys asking the girls in such cute way, i felt sad, my twin sister got her date to prom, but me i havent everyday i would think to see flowers or someone waiting for me but nope.
i woken up knowing that this was another of them boring days see people being asked, i got out of bed and brushed my teeth in my bathroom. i walked back in my room and grabbed my school clothes and put them on. i walked downstairs to see my sister already dress and eating her breakfast while on her phone "morning" i said to her, while grabbing my protein shake mix, "did you sleep well" she asked "well no because i know we have school" i said putting the mix in with milk "come on cheer up, someone will ask you, i heard seungcheol wanted to ask you" she said "i doubt that, i heard he already has a date" i said sitting down and taking a sip "well i heard that last week" she said scrolling though her phone, i carried on drinking, "oh my lift is here, your gonna have to walk sorry" she said getting up and grabbing her bag and running out. i sighed and stood up sorting out her mess.
i finally arrived at school and walked to my locker putting in my bag and holding my phone in my hand, i saw my best friend myungho come towards me "hey, you found a date yet?" i asked him as we walked to our first class today "not yet" he said, frowning, "dont worry, im sure you can do it soon" i said holding his hand in reassurance, we walked in class and all sat down waiting for the teacher to come in, i scrolled though my phone and heard someone talk behind me "did you hear that seungcheol is gonna come in here to ask someone to prom" they said, maybe what my sister said was true.
i written down everything and began to pack up my things when we all heard a knock, the teacher opened it to see seungcheol was there, i heard the girls behind me squeal, he came in and our eyes locked, he smiled softly at me, "Y/N, i hope you will accept this but will you be my date to prom" he said coming up to me, i heard the girls behind me squeal again, i looked around then back at him, "yes" i said, he smiled and passed me flowers which was behind his back, "good, ill see you later" he said walking away, i was shocked.
i saw myungho talk to jun and ran to him "myungho guess who asked me to prom" i said holding up flower, i saw him go sad then happy but i could see it was fake smile, "well done, who asked you?" he said "seungcheol, but i thought he had a date, guess not" i said.
it was finally prom night and my dress was beautiful (picture below)

i finally arrived at school and saw everyone with there dates, but seungcheol told me to meet him inside, i saw myungho "hey, you look amazing" i said to him, "well you look absolutly beautiful" he said smiling looking at my outfit, "shall we" he said extending his arm out, i linked mine though as we walked in the hall i saw how beautiful the decorations were "ill let you go and find your date" he said smiling and walking off, i looked around the hall and saw my twin sister with her boyfriend "hey, unnie have you seen seungcheol" i asked her "yeah i saw him with his mates, and some girl" she said now going back to talking to him.
i saw seungcheol with some girl and his mates "Seungcheol?" i said walking behind him, he turned around along with the girl "what do you want" she spat at me, i looked at her then him "i thought i was your date" i said to him crossing my arms, "nope, you was just a bet, partically everyone knew" he said smiling, my eyes widen, i huffed my chest out "you are pathetic, just doing playing childish games still" i said walking off, and push past my sister "Y/N" i heard her yell knowing she probably wont follow me, i saw myungho sat down at one of the tables, i walked up behind and stood next to him"im gonna be gone for a bit, and i wont answer calls or text okay" i said to him and then walking off "Y/N" i heard him yell which drawn some attention.
i reached my hide out which was the old dance studio on the 4th floor, i sat down on the floor infront of the mirror "why do i have to be so gullible" i said sighing, i played with my fingers while looking down "Y/N!" I saw myungho come in and sit beside me, "so what happened" he asked "did you know... that i was a bet" i asked to him "no, i never knew and if i did i would of told you" he said "well everyone knew, i guess my own twin sister knew it as well" i said taking my shoes off "put them back on" he said "why" i looked at him holding tears back, and putting them bak on "we are gonna have prom, but here ill put on some music and we can dance" he said taking my hand and helping me stand.
he put on some music and grabbed my hand, my eyes went up to his, he smiled, and pulled my closer placing his hands on my waist, while i rested my arms on his shoulder "Y/N you know webeen best mates for 15 years" he said, why did that hurt when he said best mates "yeah" i said "well i just wanted to tell you that when you said about seungcheol taking you to prom i did feel jealous, so what im basically saying is that i like you more than a best friend" he said, i looked at his eyes more deeply "myungho" i said "oh i guess you dont like me" he said beginning to take his hands off my waist "what you doing" i said placing them back "we are dancing" i said "also i do like to you too, more than a friend" i said to him smiling, he let out his soft giggle and span me around "good" he said.
"also remind me to send a thank you card to seungcheol for making us now date" i said walking with myungho "will do" he taking holding my hand, i shivered as we began to get near my house, i felt the warmth away from my hand and saw myunggho take his jacket off and place it around me "i could of waited till i got to mine, i still have some of your jumpers there" i said, remembering i took them with out him knowing "you have my jumpers, i thought i lost them" he said, i smiled sheepishly, "no" i said smiling, "come on lets go" he said holding my shoulders and taking us back to the house.
i walked in with myungho behind me, "you know im glad we both moved from korea to here when we did" i said placing my bag down and giving myungho his jumper "and me" he said placing it on the jumper "undo me, i wanna get changed" i said standing infront of him as he undid my zip, "thanks ill be 5 minutes" i said walking upstairs.
i came down and sat next to myungho with his hoodie on and my leggings "just think we now have offically left school" he said stretching out "i know" i said laying down onto his arm. "im glad that you are still comfy around me" he said moving his hand and putting it onto my my head"but you are still annoying" he said smiling "rude" i said pouting "im joking... ish" he said resting his head ontop of mine.
i hope you liked this, and i know this year i think we all wont have prom, i know since mine was cancelled, but i hope this an make up for it a bit ^^
