Shuichi's POV We were free. We had survived. Yet I felt so.. empty. What was I supposed to do? Where was I supposed to go? I looked at Himiko and Maki. It shouldn't have been this way. Why did everyone have to die? Stupid killing game. Stupid Monokuma. Stupid Tsumugi. Stupid.. me. I dozed off in my thoughts until I was interrupted by Maki'a voice.
"Let's go." She said.
I did my best to not look back at the academy. I needed to move on. Even with all my wishes and regrets. We all took a step forward into "the other world".
Suddenly I felt limb and like if I was.. falling? I was, indeed. I catched a glimpse of Maki and Himiko, standing on the nothing. Reaching out for me while screaming. What is happening?! Why only I am falling?! It was then I felt like if I had fallen into a pool or river. I sank deeper and deeper, until I couldn't hold my breath anymore. It all went black.
I woke up on some kind of beach.. except something was off . The water reflected the starry sky above, and the sand seemed to go infinite into the horizon. Where am I? I got up and looked around. It was beautiful, honestly. Like a scenery that came out from a movie.
I saw a small object beside me and I picked it up. A console? I turned it on and it showed a home screen which said, "Danganronpa v3: Killing Harmony." There was also a sign which read: "Press any button."

I stared at the screen. What does this mean? If I press a button.. will everything start over? Like a second chance? Will I keep my memories or should I just hope I can save the others without them? Anyway, if I don't, it'll just be like this time right? I can't let a chance like this go. I pressed a random button and the game started. Before I could see what it was like, a giant wave came out of nowhere and fell over me.
And everything went black again.
