It's called 'The Exchange' and this is the description:

Nico Di Angelo has seen a lot in his 15 years. And that's saying something, since he can't even remember the first 10. So it doesn't exactly surprise him when he is told of another world, one of witches, wizards and true magic (no, not just what the Hecate cabin brew up)
In which everyone's favourite son of Hades uncovers secret plots, investigates shady stalkers, and befriends a certain golden trio plus a handful of other students and teachers. And of course, tries to keep up with the homework.
