*Virgil POV*

I feel like crap. I did fall from a tree, true, but I didn't tell Roman how high it was. He's worried enough.

I definitely bruised my tailbone and my arm is just pain.

"Morning, Charlie Frown," Roman says.

I sit up, trying not to wince.

"Morning," I say.

"How're you feeling?" Roman asks.

I hesitate for a moment.

"Fine," I shrug, "Better than yesterday,"

Roman nods.

"That's good. Here, breakfast,"

He tosses me a granola bar and a sandwich.

"Thanks," I say.

By the looks of it, Roman's been up a while.

"What do you want to do today?" Roman asks.

"I have no idea," I say.

I am an indecisive mess. How does he expect me to think of something?

"Ok, maybe we could just chill here for a few hours," Roman says.

I shrug.

"Fine by me. I'm pretty sure my Tumblr followers think I'm dead, so I should probably update on that," I say.

"Why am I not shocked you have Tumblr?" Roman asks.

"Why am I shocked you've known me for over a year now and didn't realize?" I counter.

"Fair point," Roman says.

I snuggle back up in my blankets and pull out my phone.

Hey Lo I'm bored

Hello. I suggest you go outside.

eh. I could talk with you instead

Ok. How have you been?

I smile. Logan and I text for a while. I miss him. Although I'm willing to bet Pat misses Roman more. The two are practically inseparable, it's zero wonders that they're dating.

"Hey Virge, how good are you at singing?" Roman asks.

I look up at him.

"What?" I ask.

"I've never heard you sing. Do you like to?" he asks.

I shrug.

"You've heard me sing, haven't you?" I ask.

"What? When?" Roman asks.

"Graduation. You begged me to sing a few bars of Seasons of Love while Logan and Patton were lost. You said that we'd find them because Patton can't resist singing some parts of it. And then we proceeded to be lost for the next half-hour with everyone looking at me like I'm insane," I say.

"Oh yeah, I remember that. So can you sing Say my Name with me?" he asks.

"Why?" I ask, "I hate singing,"

"And? One of my friends bet me I couldn't 1, convince you to sing, and 2, sing Lydia's part," Roman says, "And free Burger King is on the line,"

"Fine. Only if I get Burger King too," I say.

Roman beams.

"Ok, I have the music. Ready?" he asks, pulling out his phone.

He sets it up and hits record, not bothering to wait for a response.
