Soobin ate another piece of his tangerine before saying, "Jun?"

Yeonjun replied, "Yeah?" before taking another bite of his sandwich.

"You wanna do something after school? Like a date?"

Yeonjun smiled, "Of course... What do you wanna do?"

"Wanna go see a movie?"

"Yeah, sure. Which one?"

"The Conjuring."

Yeonjun's smile faded, "Isn't that a horror movie?"

"Yeah... Is that ok?"

"Oh umm... Y-Yeah."

Kai furrowed his eyebrows, "I thought you hated horror movies."

"No, I don't." Yeonjun said as he glared at Kai.

"Remember when we watched Scream and you wouldn't let mom or dad pick up the phone for a week?"

Yeonjun glared harder at his little brother as he said in English, "Kai, shut up."

"Oh, Yeonjunie, we don't have to watch it if you don't want to." Soobin said.

"Don't you wanna to see it?"

"Well, yeah... B-But I don't want you to be scared for the next week."

"Bin, I'll be fine. That was like five years ago."

"Are you sure? We really don't have to watch it."

"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine."

Soobin hesitated for a second before saying, "Ok... I'm just gonna go to the bathroom. Be right back."

Yeonjun smiled as he walked away, but as soon as Soobin was out of sight, Yeonjun buried his head in his hands, "Oh my god."

"Why did you do that?" Taehyun asked in English.

"Ugh... I don't know."

"Well, you better stay the night at his apartment."

"Why?"

"Because I ain't spooning you back to sleep when you wake up from a nightmare."

"S-Spoon? Like what you eat soup with?... And what's 'ain't'?" Beomgyu asked, trying to follow their conversation.

"It means 'spooning', gyu... You know, like cuddling... 'Ain't' is equivalent to 'am not' but it's really informal." Taehyun said in Korean to explain.

"Ooohhhh... Ok, ok... Niceu." Beomgyu said in English, making Taehyun smile.

Yeonjun sighed before saying, "I'll just keep telling myself it's not real... It's just the realistic ones that get me."

"You know that's not true." Kai said.

"Ugh... What am I gonna do?"

"Can't you just tell him that you don't wanna go see it?" Taehyun asked.

"He thinks I'm a tough guy... What's he gonna think when I'm scared of a stupid movie?"

"I really don't think hyung's gonna care... Everyone's afraid of something." Taehyun replied.

"Yeah, maybe he wants to see that side of you." Kai added.

"Really? He wants to see me, the person who protects him, shaking and clinging onto him because of a fucking movie."

"What if me and Beommie come with you?... Are you doing anything after school?" Taehyun asked.

"N-No ummm... I don't workeu ummm... t-today." Beomgyu replied in English.
