Chapter Fourteen

"Mommy do I have to stay here?" Yuri asked as I put her down.

"Just for a few hours baby girl. Mommy has to work." I brushed her hair behind her ear. "The teachers here will watch you, and you'll make some new friends." I smiled to her. "Be a good girl for mommy okay?"

Yuri pouts as she looks up at the daycare teacher. "Come on Yuri-ah." The teacher smiles. "Say bye to mommy."

Yuri hugs me, "Bye bye mommy."

"Bye baby. Have fun, okay?" Yuri walks into the room with her teacher. I looked up at the teacher who held the door open.

"Ms. Park, just claifying your pickup list your daughter, Kim Yuri." She smiles, "It's just you, Kim Taehyung, and her uncle, Kim Yugyeom, correct?" She asks as she looks up from the clipboard she was holding.

"Yes." I tell her. "Uhm... it's a bit complicated with things right now, but Yuri's real father, Kim Minho, is not allowed to pick her up from here or see her. So, if he happens to find out that Yuri comes here, please do not let him take her."

"Yes ma'am." She nods, writing some notes down.

"Also Taehyung will be picking her up this afternoon. She will only be here for a few hours."

"No problem. Have a nice day Ms. Park." She bows as I walked out the door.

I made my way to BigHit. BTS was filming and they wanted me to take pictures on the side. I was taking a picture of Jimin and Yoongi when I felt two arms wrap around me. I turned and glared. "Tae Tae, I'm working." I playfully pushed him off of me. Taehyung pouts. "Yuri will be excited to see you." I tell him as I went to take another picture.

"You didn't tell her?" He asked.

"No. She seemed to be a little sad that I left her there. So, I thought you could go surprise her. The teachers know you are picking her up." I answered. "Since I still have to work." He nods. "Go get ready. We need to finish all of your shooting." Taehyung lets out another sigh and walks away.

I hear Jimin giggle. I looked over at him, and he was smiling. "He's whipped." I chuckled and shook my head.

"Do they know that it's him picking Yuri up?" Yoongi asked.

"I wrote his name down." I shrugged.

"Yeah, but do they know it's him. Kim Taehyung from BTS."

Well...

Nope.

I may have forgotten that little detail...

Shit.

"Looks like they don't know hyung." Jimin chuckles at me. "It'll be okay. Tae will have a bodyguard with him."

Taehyung's POV

After we were done filming I went to Y/n, who was looking back at the photos she took. I gave her a backhug and then kissed her cheek. "I'll see you at dinner."

She smiles and nods. "Any preference on what you wanna eat?"

"I don't mind. I'll eat whatever."

"Okay." She leans in and I pecked her lips. "Yuri shouldn't be too picky on what she wants to eat for lunch."

"Don't worry. I got her." I waved bye to her and the other members. I walked out and got into the van with my bodyguard. I told the driver the address to the daycare.

When we arrived, I walked out and went to the front office. The lady, who sat there, eyes widen. I smiled, "Hi, I'm here to pick up Park Yuri."

"O-oh... You're BTS V aren't you?" I chuckled at the worker being starstruck.

"Right. If you don't mind, I need to pick up Park Yuri. Park Y/n told you I was picking up."

"Wh-... oh yes... I'll go get her." She stands up and walks out.

I looked at my bodyguard. "Do you think they'll keep quiet?"

"Maybe. You can always ask." He shrugs.

The daycare worker came out with Yuri, holding her hand. Yuri looks up and sees me, and I smiled brightly at her. She gasps, running to me. "Daddy!" I picked her up, giving her a tight hug. I saw the worker look at me wide eyed.

"If you don't mind... keep this a secret please." I tell her, and she gulps and nods. "Thank you." I walked out of the building and put Yuri in her car seat in the car.

"Daddy, where we going?" Yuri's soft voice spoke.

"We are going to spend the day together while mommy is working. Did you eat lunch yet?" I asked her.

"No, not yet!"

"Okay, we will go eat lunch first." I tell her as the van starts moving. "What do you want to eat?"

"Chicken nuggets!"

I chuckled and patted her head. "Okay." We stopped by McDonald's and ordered our food. I even paid for the driver's and the bodyguard's order. "Let's go to the park." I tell the driver as we got our food.

We found a picnic table and sat there. I gave Yuri her chicken nuggets. I watched as she ate happily, and a small smile appeared on my face.

"You really have taken a liking toward her haven't you?" My bodyguard spoke.

I nodded. "Her and her mom... I love them both." I smiled as Yuri took another bite of her chicken nuggets.

Yuri suddenly looks up at me. "Daddy, I done."

"Okay baby." I patted her head. "Drink some of your milk." I handed her sippy cup to her. After a couple of sips she hands the cup back to me.

"Can I play?" She asked.

"Sure baby." Yuri hops off the bench and runs to the playground. I watched her from table. "I'm surprised that there isn't many people here today."

"Well it is a Sunday afternoon. People are usually just now getting out of chruch or about to start lunch breaks."

I nodded. "True. I guess I'm just never out this early. Maybe one day I'll get to take Y/n and Yuri back here for a little date." I smiled brightly.

"I'm sure they would enjoy that."

"I hope so."

"Daddy!" Yuri runs to me giggling. "Daddy can you push me?" She asks pointing to the swings.

I nodded. "Sure baby girl."
