Elise POV

We was sitting in the living room once again trying out new stuff to keep Bella strong till she have this baby.

We were also thinking of a plan so some of us could go feed tomorrow.
I just hope everything goes according to plan.

"Me and Leah,Seth well go and distract them while you guys go" Jacob says and they nod.

"Emmett should go with you" Edward tells Carlisle and Esme and I give him a look.

"Why don't you go it is after all your fault that we're in this mess" I ask standing up and start walking up to him but Emmett grabs me and pulls me to his chest.
"Calm down babe" he whispers to me.

"I need to stay with Bella we can't be apart" Edward tells me and I push Emmett and speed and grab Edward and push him on the ground and punch him.

"You know damn well that's not the reason but let me tell you something Edward Cullen!,you will not get special treatment ok I've been threw pregnancy and I know what to do and also you haven't been around Bella this whole time and now you care?!,no your just scared you always been a punk" I then go to punch him again but Emmett picks me up and carry me across the room.

"Babe it's ok" Emmett tells me and I shake my head.
"The wolf's are our of control and you have a wife and three kids" I tell him and he looks at me shocked.
"Wait your pregnant?" He ask me and everyone looks at us.

"Yes I'm sorry I didn't say anything I just been worried about Bella" I say and he nods and kiss me.

"This is great,how long have you known?"

"I been pregnant since our wedding and I don't why I don't show but I'm almost ready to have this baby" I say and Carlisle walks over to me.

"May I?" He ask and I nod.
He feels my stomach and everyone is quiet they hear my baby's heartbeat and the baby kicks against Carlisle hand.

"So what you walk around fine why Bella looks like she's a second away from dying" Jacob ask and I roll my eyes.
"I'm a vampire so my pregnancy is not like Bella's" I tell him and I then feel light headed.

'Weird' I thought before I felt a pain in my stomach.
"Carlisle I think my baby is coming" I then feel myself being picked up and carried to Carlisle home medical room.

It just came to me how different this pregnancy is,I had Riley like a regular human would.

What mead this baby so different?.

I have been in pain for a good ten minutes and I was tired already.
"Babe I can't do this" I say and lean into him and he holds me and kiss my forehead.
"Yes you can now bring our baby into this world" he tell me and I nod before Carlisle tells me to push and I do.

After a while of me crying and screaming with Emmett telling me it's ok I hear a cry.
"It's a boy" Carlisle says and I smile before I feel pain again and I start trying to push again.
"Oh it's another one" Carlisle says surprise before telling me to keep pushing.

I then hear another cry and look to see my baby crying in Carlisle arms.
"It's a girl,you two have twins" he then hands me our daughter while Emmett holds our son.

"I didn't know I was having twins" I say and Emmett smiles at me with one of the biggest smiles I have ever seen.
"You gave me everything Elise and I'm so greatfull for it" he tell me and I lean up and kiss him.

Teo and Riley then come in.
"What's their names?" Teo ask holding his little sister while Riley holds her brother.

"Ethan and Emma" me and Emmett say together.

"Go show them to aunt Bella" I tell them and they nod and walk off.
I sigh and feel drained
"Rest baby you did a good job.

I nod and lay their and close my eyes even though I couldn't sleep.

Third POV

Everyone was gushing over the twins and Bella was happy for her sister but she couldn't help but feel a little jealous again.

Her sister didn't have no problem.
Why she couldn't have it easy like Elise.

Elise has Emmett,Teo,Riley,and now the twins Ethan and Emma hell she even had Paul for a while.

But Bella pushed the Jealousy down and hold her nephew.
