Chapter 23 - Victory

[Y/N's] POV -

'So, you eliminated Me and Rossi?' Ela said.

'Yeah. Quite easy.' I smirked.

'Shut up!' Ela said, wrapping herself under my arm.

Rossi looked a little uncomfortable and went to talk to Eagle.

'Oh Shit.' Ela said from under my arm.

'He'll be fine.'

'I don't want you to loose your friends.' She said, looking down.

I gave her a hug and said,

'You aren't. Don't worry.'

She hugged back and I felt my smile on my chest.

There were a few more shots followed by a tannoy announcement.

'Attackers Win.'

'Damn Right we do.' I said, poking Ela's side.

She laughed and said,

'Well done. I think you'll get MVP too.'

'Most Valuable Person? Nice.'

The remaining operators walked out of the main door.

Dokkaebi looked at me and Ela and smirked.

'How'd it go?' I asked, smiling back to Dokkaebi.

'We both ran in, and Iana was able to hit Mira, as she hit her.' She said.

'Black is MVP.' The tannoy said again.

'Nice one Black.' Eagle said.

'Well Done Kid.' Thatcher remarked.

'Black.' I heard Zofia say sternly.

Fuck.

I looked over to where she was standing, with Ela still under my arm.

'Nice one.' She said.

I didn't do well to hide my surprise.

She laughed and nodded her head before walking off with Thatcher, Mira and Iana, followed by everyone else apart from Me, Ela and Dokkaebi.

Which was convenient.

'So...'Dokkaebi said, hanging around.

'What?' I asked.

'Have you...you know?'

'I don't and I'm not sure I want to.'

'Have you guys...kissed?'

'Umm.'

Before I could figure out an answer, Ela kissed me on my cheek.

'Yeah.' She casually said.

'Come on! You know that's not what I mean.' Dokkaebi persisted.

'Why are you so obsessed with this?!'

'It's a good point.' Ela agreed.

'Becuase...I don't know. Just do it already!'

This time, I looked Ela in the eye and gave her a proper Kiss.

It was the first kiss since we were out.

I think we both enjoyed it though.

As the Kiss deepened, Ela held onto the back of my head.
