It was the best day of my life, being with her at the beach, I couldn't have asked for more.
The next day as I met Joe I briefed him everything. He told me that he was happy for me.
We were almost at the end of our school days and he asked me what I had planned to do after school.
I am pursuing music and guitar, I told him, I had already talked about this to mom a long time ago, it was her dream too to see me as a musician. To be honest I didn't want to do anything else.
I asked him what he was going to do, and he told me that he would do some professional course depending on his marks for the final exam. I was happy for him too. But for some reason, I was worried if I should opt for such a career, with stability and security.
But then, this was my dream and I did not want to shift from this to anything else. I clenched my decision and decided to not give it a second thought again. I reassured myself of what I wanted to do in life.
