3rd person POV (Peter) :

Peter sighed as he walked into the school building. He was wearing a gay pride shirt, black jeans, and had his backpack on his back. He walked by Flash and his friends as he walked into tbe building.

"Hey guys look at the f--!" Peter heard Luka say.

Luka then walked up to Peter and pushed him to the ground. Peter looked over to Flash waiting for him to insult him, but to Peter's surprise Flash didn't say a word.

"Come on Parker get up, why don't you go kiss your buddy Ned." Luka mocked.

Flash started to get angry. He walked over to Luka. "Hey man shut up!" Flash said.

Peter looked at Flash in shock. "is he actually standing up for me?" Peter thought to himself. He then stood up off the floor.

"What are you gay too?" Luka laughed.

Flash hesitated to say anything at first but then spoke. "Yes. Yes I am. now leave Peter alone and shut the hell up."

Luka stopped laughing, "What?" He said, "Come on Flash snap out of it, you aren't a disgusting freak like this guy." Luka said. Peter knew he was talking about him.

Flash then pushed Luka up against the locker. "Shut up dumbass." Flash said then pulled away from him.

Flash walked over to Peter. "You alright?" He asked.

"Yeah- yeah, I'm fine." Peter stuttered out still shocked that Flash was standing up for him.

Luka then went to punch Peter. Peter was able to move out of the way thanks to his Spider-Sense and then punched Luka back. He punched him right in the jaw and accidentally knocked him out.

Teachers walked over to see Luka passed out on the ground from the punch.

Time skip- a week later

Peter was charged with assult and suspended from school for 3 weeks. Peter decided to walk over the culvers and get some lunch. Once he got his food and sat down his phone buzzed in his pocket.

Peter
Just back off. it's none of your

Mr. Old

I PUNCHED A KID AT SCHOOL
AND KNOCKED HIM OUT OKAY?!

Mr. Old

Peter
FINE! i did it because he was
pushing me around for wearing
a gay pride shirt! HAPPY?!

Mr. Old
You did it in self defense
Peter. You had every right
to hit him back.

Peter
No i didn't. i shouldn't have
fought back. I should've
just walked away.

Mr. Old
You were right to punch him
Peter, he had it coming.
