Chapter 10: Love and Passion

Did Christian just say he likes me?
The room is silent and I realise they are all waiting for me.
"I think my feelings are pretty clear, do you think?" I say.
They all wait even longer for a proper answer.
"Of course I like you."
I stand on my tippy toes and kiss him.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks.
What?!!!
"What about Ebony?" I ask.
"She and I never dated, she likes me but she was a one night stand," he replies.
That makes me feel so much better, what am I going to be?
"I like you Princess, I'm not going to have sex with you and then break up with you. I want you in my life," he says.
Okay that does it. It brings me such joy to hear those words. Except I'm lying to him. I decide to say, "before I give you my answer I need to tell you the truth about something,"
Christian sighs.
"In private," I add.
The guys walk away.
I tell him the truth about my parents and how they died. They didn't die in a car accident, they were murdered. The police still don't know by who and he or she could still be out there.
I also told him that my name when I was born was Mikaela but we had to change it when they were murdered.

I look at his face, my eyes misty with pushing tears.
"Hey it's okay, I understand," he says.
I burst out crying and he pulls me into his shoulder.
We stay like that for a while before I pull away. His answer was next.
Reject him or accept him... Was I crazy I didn't need time to think!
"Your answer to me be your girlfriend is..." I linger.
"Yes!" I kiss him with so much force and passion.
The guys come back into the room.
"Really? Again? We told you two to get a room!" Wilton says.
We all burst out laughing.
Sam and Ruby walk back in holding hands.
"What did we miss?" Sam asks.
"These to love birds recked my breakfast!" Wilton crosses him arms.
This sends us all in to laughter again.

Sorry it's another short chapter but I feel as if these are necessary!
