"So, why did you decide to come to Kamome Gakuen?" Kou asked me as we walked.

I shot him a look with no specific emotion. He immediately understood what I was thinking.

"Ahh... sorry... I should've picked a better conversation starter." He scratched the back of his neck.

"So, why are you an 'exorcist'?" I asked sarcastically.

"It runs in my family." He replied calmly.

"So you can see ghosts and stuff?"

"Yeah. Teru is usually the one to exorcise them though."

"Who is that? Also can you show me one??"

"Pffft it's not like I carry ghosts or spirits or apparitions on me. Also only people who are close to dying can see them..." I shot him a concerned look.

"N-Not me though!! The reason I can see them is because, again, I come from a family of exorcists, so seeing spirits is normal for us. Also Teru is my big brother!"

"Ah... makes sense. Sucks that you'll never have the proof though."

"Heh, yeah."

We continued to walk in the silence for longer.

"So, do you have any hobbies?" Kou asked curiously.

"Like you care." I said back.

"I do! I swear!! I just want to get to know you..." I started to feel a bit guilty and sighed.

"Photography."

"Eh?"

"I like photography. Ya know, taking pictures. Click cli-" I started to be sarcastic and pretended to have a camera in my hand until he interrupted me.

"Yeah yeah I know what a camera does!" He replied, annoyed.

I just giggled a bit. He smiled at me in response.

"So, can you show me some of your photos?"

"Sure. I have some saved on my pho-"

"Oh wait, we're here!" He grabbed my hand to drag me inside.

"Jeez, how many times do you plan on interrupting me lame earring??"

"Sorry... you can show me once we sit down! Let me chain your bike real quick."

"Yeah, ok..."

Once he came back we got seated facing each other.

"You can show me now!" He smiled.

"Sure." I grabbed my phone, gave it to him, and he scrolled through the photos.

"These are really good!!" He exclaimed.

"Thanks."

"How come there aren't any of people?"
