Devyns POV
Me and Sam followed Corey downstairs to where the so called intruder was. When we got down there i saw Colby hunched over drinking a bottle of whisky. "What the hell Cole!" I yelled as we walked into the kitchen. Oh no i didn't mean to... Colby stands up and drops the whisky bottle to the floor, it shattering into pieces. He stares at the floor saying nothing while dropping to his knees. I run over to him and try to pull him close to me but he pulls away and backs away up to the cabinet. "Please don't hurt me" he starts shaking. Oh no he is having a panic attack. I quickly go over to him hold him and put his head on my chest. "Its ok remember your birthday with me, your mom. Remember the birthday cake. Smell that chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. Blow out those candles and make your wish." He then calms down i look up and Corey and Sam are standing there watching looking scared. "Hey Corey can you carry him up stairs?" he nodded picked him up and brought him to his bed. I stay back and clean up the glass then got to bed.
