(In this chapter I'll be introducing Rin's love interest. It's a normal villain but she'll be introduced early.)
Our quintet was in a museum displaying old/magical artifacts being led by an old woman to a glass case.
"And here behind this indestructible glass is the recently discovered and only copy of the Archomeda Book of spells." The guide says.
"It contains ancient witchcraft and rituals dating back to the 1600s." She and Gwen said in unison.
"Maybe you should work here." The guide said to Gwen rudely.
"Don't worry about mummy face she's probably older than that book!" Kevin said.
They all started to laugh but something odd and scary happened, everyone in the museum started floating to the ceiling.
"I don't think this was part of the tour." Max said.
"With all offense, what made you think that?" Rin said sarcastically.
A red mist flew in through a large window and two figures emerged. One was an older man with grey skin and skull paint, the second one was a teenage girl with a slightly dark complexion, pink eyes, silver hair, and a robe that was primarily magenta with purple patches.
"We came here for a stupid book??!" The girl asked angrily.
"Silence insolent girl! This book has more power than you can imagine." The man said, "FAH-ME-DOO!"
After yelling that last part the glass shattered and a tendril of red mist handed the book to the man. Ben and Rin were about to transform when they stopped levitating and fell. They slapped onto their watches and transformed. Ben turned into XLR8 and grabbed a banner using it to catch the falling civilians. Rin, however, turned into a new alien.
This new alien was like a combination of tiger and man with orange fur, white hands, and a white stomach patch, he also had retractable claws. Rin looked at his arms in confusion and yelled, "LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ULTIMATRIX, I WANTED BIG CHILL NOT THIS CHEETO CAT."
Ben and the sorcerer started fighting to leave Rin to deal with the girl and Kevin to protect the civilians. Rin noticed that the girl was trying to sneak off so he jumped in front of her and said. "LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING ATTRACTIVE GIRL NEAR RATH'S AGE, NOBODY GOES WITHOUT RATH'S PERMISSION BECAUSE RATH ALWAYS GOES FIRST. SO NO GO YO!"
"I'm trying to get away from my uncle, Hex." The girl said.
"THAT'S YOUR UNCLE!?" Rath/Rin said, "I DON'T SEE THE RESEMBLANCE! WHAT'S YOUR NAME?"
"My name is Charmcaster." Said the girl.
"YOU CAN COME WITH RATH AND HIS FRIENDS!!" Rin said.
"Thank you, my uncle Hex isn't a great person." Charmcaster said.
Rin ran back to Ben and said, "THIS FREAK'S NAME IS HEX AND RATH DOESN'T LIKE HIM!"
Ben grabbed onto Rin and sped towards Hex in preparation to knock him away but Hex blasted them with a collum of fire released from his staff. The fire hit Rin causing him and Ben to slide back prompting him to roar and say, "WHEN YOU BLAST RATH WITH FIRE YOU DON'T HURT HIM, YOU JUST MAKE HIM MAD!!!"
Rin charged at Hex and punched him multiple times possibly breaking bones. After a minute of beating up, Hex Rath punched him and sent him flying past the horizon while also causing a charm to be dropped from Hex's bandolier. before timing out. Ben noticed the charm and decided to take it for a souvenir.
The now six started to walk back to the Rustbucket before a confused Ben said, "Wait a minute, WHY IS SHE WITH US!?!?"
"I told her she could be with us because her uncle back there isn't the best guardian, and she could probably help us a lot with her magical knowledge," Rin answered.
