"I hate Bomi." Dahye muttered to her friends as she took her seat in class. Hyunjae had just finished explaining what had happened to their group, already being filled in from dance class earlier that day.

Donghyuck was nice enough to get Dahye's phone fixed immediately. Dahye couldn't help but thing back to the previous day's events.

...

Dahye watched as the two senior girls that she recognized as Bomi's friends sat down on the bench where her phone was, gossiping loudly. They're so annoying.

As Dahye changed out of her clothes, she suddenly heard the sound of something falling hard on the ground, that something sounding a lot like her phone. When she turned enough, sure enough, her phone was on the ground, the screen in a million pieces.

"Whoops, clumsy me." One of the girls said standing up.

Dahye was so in shock, she couldn't even respond as the two girls left the change room in a fit full of giggles.

...

"That sucks, I'm so sorry you had to go through that." Byungho told her, giving her arm a small pat. Dahye returned a small smile.

"It's alright, I got my phone fixed anyways." Dahye said, turning her phone on. She was surprised to see it explode with messages, all from the same person.

"Whoa, I didn't know you and Jisung talked so much." Hyunjae pointed out as Dahye took her phone and placed it in her pocket, embarrassed.

"We don't, he's probably just asking about our rehearsals." Dahye said to her friends.

Before they could respond, Mr. Moon entered the classroom, signalling the start of class.

...

Jisung stared at his phone, specifically at his messages to Dahye last night.

Why is she ignoring me?

Jisung looked up to see Donghyuck and Renjun placing their lunch trays down joining their table. Donghyuck must have noticed the look on Jisung's face as he stared at the younger male.

"What?" Donghyuck asked.

Jisung held up his phone. "Didn't you get my message yesterday? Dahye's been ignoring me."

"Oof." Jisung heard Chenle say before shoving a spoonful of food into his mouth.

"Oh. Her phone got smashed yesterday." Donghyuck said, eyes down at his food.

"What?" Jaemin exclaimed. "How does that even happen?"

"Bomi." Mark simply said. Donghyuck's nod confirmed his words.

"That sucks." Jeno said to the group. "How can one girl be so mean?"

"She's just so absorbed in being the best that she doesn't even realize what she's doing." Mark simply said.

"Well she's not going to get anywhere in life like that." Renjun added.

As his friends continued to talk, Jisung couldn't help but think about how Dahye felt.

No wonder she ignored my messages.

...

Ballet class wasn't that enjoyable that day. Dancing with the same girls that destroyed her phone was not a good time for Dahye, and it was evident in her movements as well.

"Is something wrong, Dahye? You seem out of it today." Ms. Choi asked her.

Dahye could feel the looks the other girls were giving her so she faked a smile and shook her head. "I'm just a little tired."
