"Okay everyone, this is our final rehearsal so make this good!" Ms. Kim announced as the group got into their starting positions for their open house piece.

Their official performance was that night and Dahye had noticed that Jisung was acting a little off. He was normally cheerful and chatty but today, he was quiet and had a frown on his face.

"You alright?" Dahye whispered to him as the music began to play. She simply got a nod in response.

"Good job everyone, remember to come back a little earlier. We'll be warming up in Studio B." Ms. Kim said as she dismissed them.

Dahye changed as fast as she could, grabbing her duffle bag as she ran toward the male walking into one of the studios. "Jisung!"

The male paused with his hand on the door handle, turning his head towards her as he stared at the girl that was out of breath.

"Yeah?"

"What are you doing?" Dahye asked him. Jisung simply pointed at the inside of the practice studio.

"Just going to chill in here, why?"

"Can I join you?" Dahye asked.

"Sure."

Dahye followed the male inside, the two of them dropping off their dance bags in the corner before sitting in the middle of the room. Dahye could already feel the awkward tension.

Jisung had pulled out his laptop and Dahye couldn't help but take a peek. That's when she saw that he was watching some dance videos.

"Wanna see?" Jisung asked. Dahye nodded and Jisung adjusted his laptop so she could get a good view.

"Whoa, is that Hoya?" Dahye exclaimed. Jisung nodded.

"Yeah, back when he was a student here. These are his competition videos." Jisung informed her.

Dahye couldn't help but watch in awe. "He's so good."

"He is." Jisung said, nodding in agreement. "He's a really good teacher and mentor too. We're lucky to have him as a mentor."

"I guess." Dahye muttered. Personally she would have preferred Ms. Choi but she's not complaining.

"Are you hungry?" Jisung asked. Dahye noticed he was scrolling at take out places.

"A bit, are you ordering food?" Dahye asked. Jisung nodded.

"Yeah, you down for some chicken?" Jisung said, clicking in a nearby chicken restaurant.

"Always." Dahye replied with a wide grin.

...

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe you dropped the drumstick and didn't pick it up!" Dahye said as Jisung threw the piece of chicken in the garbage.

"The dance floor is dirty though!" Jisung argued.

Dahye shook her head in disappointment. "But the three second rule."

"We walk all over this floor. In our dirty shoes."

"Disappointing." Dahye said.

Jisung chuckled as he grabbed his uniform blazer that was resting on their bags. "You coming?"

"Coming where?" Dahye asked as she fixed up her own school uniform.

"To the theatre. The music majors are going to perform soon."

"Are we allowed?" Dahye said as she followed Jisung out of the studio, down the halls of the school.

"Yeah, we don't need to be back for another hour so we can watch for a bit." Jisung said as he lead her into the theatre.
