"So how was your date?" Renxiang asked as Dahye took her seat in class. Luckily, Byungho wasn't there yet, probably being held back by his film teacher.

"Date?" Dahye asked back. Renxiang nodded.

"Yeah, the movie with Byungho."

"How did you hear about that?" Dahye questions. Renxiang's smirk was immediately wiped off her face as she crossed her arms.

"I want to know that too, young lady." Renxiang said. "Why did I hear this from my brother?"

Crap.

Dahye was about to make a dumb excuse when the film students came running into the classroom, Mr. Moon hot on their tails.

Byungho gave her a small smile before sliding into his seat beside Hyunjae, who was about to fall asleep.

"You got lucky this time." Renxiang whispered to her as Mr. Moon began his lesson.

...

"Very nice, Dahye." Ms. Choi said as Dahye finished the exercise in her ballet class. Dahye smiled back at her teacher.

"Well," Ms. Choi said, clapping her hands together. "That's it for today but before I dismiss you, I want to remind you all that tomorrow's specialty classes will not be taking place. Instead, the teachers will be going around, checking on how you're all preparing your duets. The competition will creep up fast and we want to make sure you're all prepared."

Crap, Dahye thought. We haven't even selected our music!

Ms. Choi dismissed the class and Dahye followed the other girls with a curtsy before making her way out of the class.

As she entered the changeroom, the girls were chatting about how their duets were going. It was clear that many of them had already started on the choreographing stage, and Dahye couldn't help but feel super far behind.

Dahye had her head hung low as she exited, her duffel bag over her shoulder. What am I going to do?

"Hey." Dahye looked up to see Jisung. "Do you have a moment?"

Dahye checked her phone for the time. I suppose Donghyuck could wait a bit. "Yeah."

Jisung led her to a practice room, immediately plugging his phone in. He started playing a song.

Dahye had to admit, it wouldn't be her first pick but it wasn't terrible. The song had a classical melody, played with electrical sounds.

"What do you think?" Jisung asked her.

Dahye nodded her head. "It's good."

She watched as a smile spread across Jisung's face. "That's great. I'll send it to you and maybe we can think of some choreo for tomorrow."

Dahye smiled back.

"Sounds like a great idea."

...

Jisung was beginning to freak out. Hoya was making his way around the room, checking on duets and him and Dahye had zero choreography done. It didn't help that the other groups seemed to have at least a minute of choreo, performing it for Hoya.

"That's too hard." Dahye said with a pout. "There's no way I'll learn that now."

Jisung sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair. The two had just shown each other their choreographies, Jisung going second. He couldn't help but admit that he felt the same way about hers.

"Let's just show him our individual choreographies." Jisung suggested.

Dahye sighed. "I guess we don't have a choice."
