"Ugh, that was so exhausting." Yerin groaned as she exited the dance studio with Jisung, both of them sore from their dance class.

"I know right." Jisung mumbled as they walked down the halls, heading to the cafeteria where Chenle was waiting for them.

"Why is the cafeteria so damn far." Yerin mumbled as her and Jisung walked past students.

For some reason there seemed to be a crowd gathered outside the film classroom, blocking their way.

"What the heck?" Yerin muttered trying to push through. Jisung was smart enough to follow the girl, letting her be the one that shoved her way through the crowd.

"Ugh." Yerin had finally got through but was surprised to see the reason why every one had stopped.

There in the middle of the halls was Jaemin and Mark, with Haechan on the other side.

...

"Mark Lee."

Judging by the tone of his voice, Haechan did not seem happy and honestly, Jaemin didn't blame him.

"Haechan!" Mark exclaimed, stepping forward but Haechan put his hand up.

"Stop right there, don't come any closer!" Haechan yelled.

Great, Jaemin thought as students began to crowd around. Exactly what we need right now.

"Haechan, listen. I can explain everything." Mark said but Haechan shook his head.

"I don't want to hear it, Mark." Haechan said, his hands balled in fists.

Jaemin could tell Haechan was about to spit out some terrible words when Yerin suddenly appeared from the crowd. "What is going on?"

Students began mumbling as Mark clearly looked embarrassed by the scene, scratching the back of his neck.

Jaemin met Yerin's eyes, silently begging for her help. Somehow, Yerin must have received it.

"Aish, what's wrong with the people of this school. Why are they gathering over something stupid like this? Do they not have better things to do?" Yerin said, purposely loud enough for everyone to hear.

As quickly as they had arrived, the students began walking away, the crowd dispersing.

Jaemin gave Yerin a glance before letting out a deep sigh, knowing what he was supposed to do.

"Come on, let's go." Jaemin said, grabbing onto Haechan's wrist and heading to the cafeteria and far away from Mark.

...

Yerin didn't know how to feel about seeing Jaemin again but she knew he had needed her help, which is why she did what she did. She desperately wanted to chase him as he walked down the halls with Haechan but knew there was someone else to deal with.

Mark.

Seeing the disappointment on Mark's face, Yerin could tell that right now, he could really use a friend or someone to talk to.

"You go ahead first, I'll meet you later." Yerin said to Jisung. The young male gave her a look before nodding his head.

"Alright, just send me a text." Jisung said, walking away.

Yerin took a deep breath before walking towards Mark's direction. "You good?"

Mark stopped staring at his feet, looking up at her. "Aren't you friends with Jaemin and them?"

Yerin shrugged. "Ish, we don't really hang out or anything. I just know them."

"Oh." Mark said, looking back down again. "I see."
