Ft. NCT's Na Jaemin
Falling out of love is scary, but falling in love is scarier.
Real love makes you vulnerable, exposed. It's something that you can't predict, and when you fall, you fall. And there's no going back.

"You live here?" Renjun exclaimed as he walked in. Yerin nodded.
"Yup."
"This place is nicer than ours." Renjun mumbled.
She guided the two inside, but before they could make it far, Jaemin stopped in front of a large picture hung up on the wall.
"Your parents?" Jaemin asked, motioning to the picture. Yerin nodded.
"Yup. Daughter of the Han's." Yerin sighed.
Renjun began clapping his hands.
"Okay you two, enough chitchat. You might not have a lot of work to do but I do."
"Alright, follow me." Yerin said, guiding the boys to her room.
She noticed Jaemin's eyes linger on the photo of her parents a little longer before following Yerin up to her room.
...
Yerin sat beside Jaemin as Renjun began going through her large closet, flipping through the clothes, occaisionally pulling something out, staring at it before putting it back.
"Is he always this picky?" Yerin asked the male beside her. Jaemin nodded his head.
"He took five hours with Jeno last time. You should be glad that he's not making you try everything on." Jaemin told her as he leaned back, getting more comfortable on the bed.
"You should be glad that I'm not slapping you all for talking behind my back." Renjun said as he exited the closet, a dress in his hands. "Here, try this on."

Yerin did as instructed, changing into the black and white dress Renjun had selected, a thick black belt around her waist. When she came out of the washroom, Jaemin immediately looked her over head to toe.
"Good?" Renjun asked him. Jaemin nodded his head.
"Yeah, that's perfect."
...
"Do you like her?" Renjun asked once the two of them were settled in Jaemin's car, leaving Yerin's place.
"Yerin?" Jaemin asked, starting the car. Renjun nodded.
"Yeah, I've never seen you so invested in another girl before. Not since Sieun."
Ouch.
Even though Jaemin had been over the older girl for a while, hearing the name still caught him off guard.
Jaemin already knew what the answer to Renjun's question was, but he was unsure if he should tell his friend. Considering his past, his friends would definitely be concerned if they knew the truth.
"No." Jaemin lied. "I don't fall in love anymore."
Renjun looked out the window, leaning on the door of the car.
