"Have you done what I had told you to do yesterday while I was in Washington?"

"Yes, sir. As you instructed, the Jaeger has the 'R.C' program uploaded into the main A.I operating system. It was installed when the pilot was undergoing the harmonics training yesterday."

Right now, Dr. Ritsuko and Commander James were both in the latter's rather vast office, the two of them discussing about some kind of programming that has been installed inside one of the Jaegers, which happened during yesterday's testing and while the other Jaegers were over in Washington, D.C. at the time.

"Good. If the pilot defies my orders again or so, that shall be our final resort." James crosses his hands together, half his face hidden in shadow. "We must all be ready for whatever eventually to occur. We cannot allow these Demons to take another step on Earth."

"Sir, with all due respect, is this really the wisest option to take?" Ritsuko asked, trying to be levelheaded about this whole situation. "I mean, it sounds like this is a personal vendetta of sorts-"

"It's nothing personal. It's business." James cuts her off firmly.

Ritsuko mentally sighed to herself, knowing she won't get through to the Commander. Once he has his mind on something, he won't take 'no' for an answer or request. She gave a bow to him, and she began to leave the office. But all the while, she was dreading about what'll happen if the 'R.C' system was activated when a Jaeger was operational.

'If he knew I was involved, I don't think he'll ever forgive me for this.' Ritsuko thought to herself with dread and worry.

At Matilda's house, it was very quiet. Nothing seemed to happen, all except for one individual. Braedey was slowly moving on his own two feet again, albeit with using the walls to keep himself standing. Sure, he may not have full strength right now, but enough to keep him upright.

"Well, look who's still standing, like in Elton John's song." Shawn commented, walking up to Braedey. He roped one of his arms around Braedey's shoulder, and vice versa, "still, you might need a hand to get you about." He suggested.

"Thanks, Shawn." Braedey thanked, the two of them now making their way along. They reached the kitchen, Shawn helping Braedey down into the couch. "Shawn, do you ever get that feeling that something bad might happen?" He asked.

"Well, once or twice, but now I don't." Shawn sighed. "Still, I think I agree with you."

"Do you think another Demon might attack in the next little while?" Braedey asked in concern.

"Maybe. It's a possibility. Still, we cannot be certain when these things just appear." Shawn shrugged to him. "But no matter what happens, we've got your back."
