"How many dresses are you going to try Emma?" Mirae asked, obviously getting irritated. Since they'd arrived at the mall, all they'd been doing was trying on dresses one after another. Well, not Mirae but specifically Emma.

"It's your problem you aren't choosing any outfit! Gurl come on ! I brought you here for fun not for sulking and just waiting for me. Go try some dresses and select your favourite ones. Don't worry about the cost honey."

"Okay."
"Thank god Jaemin gave me some pancakes in the morning." Mirae whispered to herself.

After an hour, both the girls paid for their things. And most of it was done by Emma. When Mirae asked the reason she just replied with a subtle "Jeno's orders MiMi."

"Can we go eat something now pleaseeeee?" Asked Mirae.

"Sure! Do you know any good food café here?"

"Umm...I went here with my friend last time..lets go! I'm too hungry to even think about him." Mirae hurriedly took a hold of Emma's hands and went inside the café."

Emma looked at the other girl weirdly but replying nonetheless.
"O-okay."

"Whom were you going to think about?" Emma finally asked her.

"The waiter g-guy..his name is Alex. I mean he's nice but Renjun and Jeno came to pick me up last time and they said he could be dangerous . Let's just leave it and order something."

"Sure."

"Excuse me."

A waitress stopped by our table and gave us a warming smile.

"Hello. What would you guys like to have?"

"I would just prefer an Oreo shake. And she-" Emma signalled me to continue..

"I would have....a chocolate pastry!"

"Okay. Your order will be prepared soon." With that, the waitress left.

*AFTER 6-7 MINUTES*

The waitress; areum arrived with out orders with another waiter to help her out but I didn't notice who.

"Here it is. Enjoy your meal."

"Thank you" we said simultaneously.

"Welcome....back." Mirae's head snapped up. She recognised that voice pretty well.

"Hi Alex." She greeted timidly.

Emma's eyes darted between both of them and she could feel dark vibes from Alex already. She suddenly remembered that Mirae was warned by Jeno to not meet with this guy.

"I'll just pay for the meal. You wait here okay?" Emma stood up and went towards the billing section to pay before heading towards the bathroom to immediately call Renjun so that they could pick them up as fast as they can.

"Didn't expect to see you here again after...last time." His little smirk didn't go unnoticed by her.

"Why? What happened last time?"

"You know...just your boyfriend glaring at me as if almost threatening to kill me."

"He's not my boyfriend. And he didn't glare at you.He was just..........looking."

Alex started laughing making her confused.

"Oh sweetheart you have no idea about us."

"Huh? And don't call me that." Irritation was crystal clear in Mirae's voice meanwhile Emma was busy calling Renjun for help.

"He's very possessive.Not a good thing Mirae."

"Why do you care? And he's a little protective over people he loves."

"You don't see it. You can't see it! He's obsessive!"

"So what?" Mirae crossed her arms and stared him with furrowed eyebrows thinking about where this conversation was going.

"Mi-" she cut him off this time.

"Are you trying to convince me against Jeno into doing something reckless?"

"I'm trying to make you understand something. Something important. Something that you should think about."

"And what exactly-"
But Emma cut her off this time.

"Mirae. Let's go! Renjun is here to pick us up."

Mirae stood up, taking her beloved chocolate pastry along with her but was stopped by Alex's voice.

"Possessiveness shows that he doesn't love you as an independent human being but as a guarded treasure. And trust me, after a while you'll feel suffocated by his constant vigilance."

He emphasised the word "suffocated" which made Mirae think about so many possibilities. Because the possibility of all those possibilities that Alex mentioned could be possible.

"YEAH AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE KNOWLEDGE BUT WE DONT NEED IT." Emma said strongly, grabbing Mirae's hands and dragging her towards the car and making her sit inside.

As soon as he stopped the car, Renjun stepped outside and took a look at the suspicious guy Emma was talking about.

His eyes widened and he pulled Emma towards him who was about to sit inside the car and whisper yelled;

"HOLY SHIT WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME ITS ALEX?"

"Renjun. Breathe. Calm Down. And I did tell you that his name is Alex."

"I know but I thought it'll be some random dude! It's him!"

'Jeno's gonna kill me now' he thought

"Who's he?"

Renjun looked at his girlfriend in disbelief. She really didn't know?

"That's Alex Suh."

"Don't make me think what I'm thinking right-"

"Yeah and he's Johny's half brother."

"So isn't it a good thing?" Mirae stuck her head out of the window and asked Renjun.

"No it's an incredibly fantabulous  thing because he works for Vagante ."
