Sirens Call ∆ Rp ∆

Hello! Sorry a quick A/N before I begin our adventure! I want to apologise sincerely for the lack of updates and frequency of my replies. I'm currently dealing with a lot of life changes and not to forget I am a student.
So, I'll try harder to keep up with replies and story content, but for now I might not respond as quickly as I used too.

Thank you for understanding! Now- Onto the story~

And so our story begins with you, a pirate of the mighty seven seas searching for a famed creature no one has lived to tell the tale about; A siren.  Quite pricey on the market after all... It was your wish ever since you were a little pup, sailing the seas with your father long ago.
Your father, a famous and feared pirate, fell victim to one of these dangerous creatures, leaving you to run the ship at a young 18 years old. Since then, you've grown to be a feared, famed pirate just as your father.
Back to present day, you found yourself restless, unable to get yourself to sleep, you chose to roam the deck of your hearty ship, looking out to the sea, the stars reflecting on the waters surface made a wildly enchanting look.
Whilst looking out, you could hear a faint hum in the distance, though at first it sounded like nothing but wind. As you continued to listen out... You recognized that tune. A tune sung by...
A siren.
Though... It didn't sound like the type of song to lure, but one of distress. The voice was forced, stressed almost. Your crew was awakened by this, looking to you for instruction.

Will you help this creature, or will you leave it to suffer? The choice is yours.
(Quick side note! Yes this siren can turn into a more human form, but we'll get to that later!)
