Chapter 19

Yuriko, Aki, and Ayano were still sharing the cafe table, with the latter two having two big grins on their faces as they kept looking at Yuriko who acting all shy and embarrassed. As for Takeru, he left Yuriko's lap before anything bad happened and sat down on another table away from them so that he wouldn't hear them talking

"It's good to see that our cute Yu-chan is still cute as always"

"Yup, yup. And it's even better that she fell in love with a decent guy"

"..." *Blushing intensifying*

Yuriko who hasn't yet recovered from earlier could only remain silent and more embarrassed as her two childhood friends praised her, then 

"So? How did you fell in love with him?"

Aki who was curious about how Takeru was able to make someone like Yuriko fall for him sent a straight ball towards Yuriko

"... W, we... Just h, happened t, to... get along... A, and... S, some things ha, happened... ... ..."

Yuriko manage to muster some strength to talk, but as she stuttered her words out of her mouth, she went back to being shy as she remembered the events that happened between her and Takeru

"..."

The two who kept looking at Yuriko being way cuter than she usually was, couldn't help but...

"There, there. You did good managing it so far" *Pat pat*

"Yup, yup. We're really proud of our cute handsome female friend" *Pat pat*

Sandwich Yuriko in a hug as they patted her

*Pat pat*

"Woof!"

"... *Patting Tama with a line of coffee leaving his mouth with a serene face*" <Why did I order coffee when I don't even like to drink?>

The answer to that was because he didn't pay attention to the menu as he ordered, since he was reflecting on faking his sleep so that he could be very close to Yuriko

Some time later

After having their breakfast at the café, Takeru exchanged contacts with Aki and Ayano, and the four walked together and played with Suki for a few hours in the park until Takeru and the three girls decided to go back home

"Well, I'll be going  home now"

"Yeah! See ya another time"

"Yup! See you some other day"

"..."

Yuriko was the only one who didn't send her farewells to Takeru while still cutely pouting to him with her cheeks being slightly red as she looks away

"... *Troubled smile* Well... See you all another time, Aki-senpai, Ayano-senpai... Yuriko-san *looks away with a troubled face*"

And with that Takeru made his way back home, with Aki and Ayano move their gazes to Yuriko, who was pouting and blushing even more, but now it was from anger and regret of not giving her farewells to Takeru

"... I think we need to start working on making you a little less of a dork when it comes to him, huh"

"But if we do that we'll forever lose this kind of cute Yu-chan"
