Allison was enlisted by Camilla to help get Sage ready for the party this afternoon. She had been coaxed to sit down at the opportunity to try out a new type of braid. This one was built to endure more than just a workout but a fancier sort of design. Especially when Ally came to the Elwood residence with a bundle of purple Sage flowers, which was a beautiful addition as it matched the soft maxi dress that was indeed purple.

Upon Sage's request too.

Not to mention that the scent calmed her growing nerves.

From what the Elwood's could gather, everyone—Everyone was excited to meet the Luna.

Some bravely knocked at the door in hopes of meeting her first. But that currently overstepped the boundaries.

Unfortunately, Leo and Luke couldn't explain their overprotective nature until the Alpha properly explains Sage's past.

Because, of course, rumors would always triumph until proven untrue.

"So what do we say when we meet someone new?"

"Hello." It was soft and slow, and Allison bit her lip. She wanted to know if Sage knew what was going on today, on top of meeting close to four hundred plus wolves.

Not only was the scent going to be overwhelming, but stage fright?

Was Sage shy?

Ally couldn't imagine being isolated by people who didn't care to teach her the basics of a conversation or proper grammar. But they had no purpose in having her literate or having her speak.

It made her more submissive that way.

"And?" Camillas pushed further, though Sage began playing with her hands in her lap. Unknowingly typing in the pattern of the facility door, it was her method of counting backward.

"My...Name is Sage." It sounded close to robotic, not as personal as when she talked to her family or mate.

Luckily the two were done glamming their Luna, and good thing they had because she was getting bored and impatient.

So her attention was mainly down to her hands as she adored how her nails were painted a lovely lilac color with a smooth finish.

Her nails were always dirty, broken, or torn. But now, they matched her status.

Luna Sage of the Crescent Moon Pack.

"Alpha's here! Come on 'Milla, I'm sure Sage looks greats with—" Leo had announced as he entered the room, even as the Master of Arms, he could brush off the sweat and look presentable.

And this initiation is indeed the most important in the given few decades until Remus and Sage's reign is passed down to the next generation.

But what Leo had walked into was not the same female that had sparred with his sons just a few days before.

This was a beautiful young she-wolf Sage was always meant to be.

No part of her past had shown at this moment, especially when she smiled up to Leo.

"Remus?" She questioned, and he chuckled to see how much of a change sparked in Sage after mentioning her mate. They were still enjoying the honeymoon phase of meeting one another, minus the claiming portion.

Sage had stumbled a bit as she couldn't get used to the long dress they put her in, but Ally caught her just in time before she met the ground.

"She's not wearing heels, is she?" Either Allison or Camilla had tried to hide their laughter, remembering what happened when they tried to get Sage to wear them before.
