Chapter 21.

Can this line move any slower? I have literally been on this Starbucks line for 15 minutes. This starbuck in town is never this busy. This is the longest I have ever waited for a Starbucks.

" Finally " I said as the man in the front of me left and I was now at the front of the line.  It took long enough.

" Am so sorry about the wait " The British accent clouded my ear. " It's just thats its my first day working in this place " He spoke.

Why was he telling, me this I don't care. " Good for you " I shook my head pretending to actually care. " Soo, I'll Get a H- " I started but was interrupted by the boy who began talking again.

" What's your name? " he asked giving me a smile that showed he had dimples.

" Um, Erin.." I trailed off. " But I'll Would like a H- " I Began again but was cut of by the boy.

" That's a cute name for a cute girl " he smiled again.

" Oh my God, Please Just take her order. " The voice in the back of my demanded, The boy with the British accent obeyed.

" A hot chocolate please. " I said to the boy relieved.

I turned around before I could even calculate whose voice it was.

" Jaden? " I mumbled. How did I not recognize he was behind me?

" Erin " he smiled.

“ Hey “ I smiled. It was weird seeing him. All the hate I had for him was all gone in that moment. I hadn’t seen him in almost 3 months, no I have not been counting. Okay maybe I was.

“ Hi “ He smiled back shoving his hands into his dark jeans pockets.

We just stared at each other for 20 whole seconds until the cute cashier came and interrupted.

“ That will be 4.45 “ He spoke.  When Jaden and I were taken out of our moment,  things began to be awkward.

I pulled out a straight five dollar bill out of my pocket, Then Jaden stopped me.

“ I Insist You Guys hurry up “ A Man shouted from in the back of Jaden.

I rolled my eyes, I knew he wouldn’t give up so I allowed him to pay.

“ Thanks “ I waved, walking off the line to get a seat by the windows. Moments later Jaden stood in the front of my tale with a huge grin on his face.

“ Can I sit? “ He asked.

I hesitated. “ Sure “ I mumbled.

He took the sit oppose me, His hand cupped a cappuccino. They were his favorite. His eyes never left me, so I started to wonder if something’s in my teeth or on my face.

“ Is that something on my face? “ I asked touching my face.

He laughed. “ No, Why? “

“ Because your staring at me “ I chuckled.

“ I haven’t seen you in like almost 3 months “ He told me taking a sip of is drink. I wonder if he was counting too.
