A few days later:
He invites their holograms to sit around the table. He started talking to them:
"Ladies and gentlemen, the first phase of our plan is complete. Although we had a few.... obstacles along the way..."
He shows Jack's image in the middle of the table:
"A certain Jack Ryder.... David was a fool! One man against an army yet to fail at stopping him...."
"David had his own reasons to spare Jack. Nonetheless, begin phase two of our plan."
He looks at one of them:
"You know what you have to do now."
She nodds, then turns off the hologram:
"What about the elections Tony?"
"What about them?"
"You know..."
"I'll take care of them. You worry about phase two. Nothing else..."
He turns the off the rest of the holograms, and walked in his lab. He talks to the main scientist :
"Is he ready dr. Reed?"
"He will be..."
