Faith sat in her bed, her red electric guitar on her lap as she strummed random chords. She had forgotten that she had a date with Jessie that day. The same day Julie and the band were playing at that club, where there would be many managers and producers. She didn't necesarily want to miss it, so Jessie agreed to meet her there.

She sighed, glancing at the clock. Five hours to go. Something inside of her didn't want to go. Yet she didn't know why. Jessie had only been nice and caring towards her, and she did like that his smile was reserved for her. But...there wasn't that spark in the feeling. Faith knew that was cheesy, but true.

"Well, there's nothing that gets me more in my feelings that writing..." Faith muttered, shrugging on the guitar strap across her shoulder. She started to play some chords, strong and upbeat, trying to search for that feeling with Jessie.

"he is sensible and so incredible

and all my single friends are jealous

he says everything i need to hear and it's like

i couldn't ask for anything better"
