Cabin Fever

After Sonic and his friends perform a play it's called A Rose Without Thorns.

During that night thunderstorm was there again Tails was scared of the lighting.

Sonic comfort him.

After cleaning up the mess they made in Amy's house.

Bedtime came everyone got in their sleeping bags.

They all went to sleep.

Shadow noticed Melissa was sucking her thumb.

"Yuck! what are you doing?" Shadow asked.

"What do you mean?" Melissa asked.

"You're sucking your thumb if you keep this up it'll turn black and fall off."

Melissa started to cry.

Shadow covered her mouth with his hand.

"Shhhhhh Stop howling you'll wake everyone else up."

He'd seen kids 6 years of age or more with their thumbs still stuck in their teeth it was a bad habit and stunted the growth of their teeth.

Shadow didn't want to hear a crying toddler at night.

"Look forget what I said and go to sleep."

"I can't now I'm sure I can't."

"Arrgh stop worrying about it."

"But but b-b-b."

Shadow covered her mouth with his hand again he didn't want her to cry and wake everyone up.

"Okay okay we'll figure something out."

Melissa lied down in her sleeping bag.

Shadow put his thumb in Melissa's mouth.

Melissa started sucking Shadow's thumb and went to sleep.

Shadow was not amused.

Scourge chuckled.

"Wow stripes you found a way to keep Melissa quiet at night."

"Whatever." Shadow said.

"How would you feel if Melissa suck your thumb." Shadow asked.

"My thumb would be wet."

"I don't want her to suck my thumb it's disgusting."

"Do you want her to hear her crying."

"No."

"Just go to sleep." said Scourge.

"All right fine."

Shadow went to sleep.

Everyone had a good sleep.

"Toddlers are disgusting." Sticks whispered.
