He wants to gain the media's attention. If he kills non popular people he kills a bunch of them but when he kills someone more popular he doesn't go after anyone else! It's about the attention. Now why would he need that?

Maybe he's planning something big, he wants to make a feared name for himself. That means.... All might could be on his list...

Hmm what do I know about Deku.
He's insane
His quirk allows him to control blood.
He's strong
He's with the league
Wants media attention
Has a big plan.

Everything he's doing is for this big plan, but what could it be. Why would he need his name to be feared? So people stop associating him with UA, So people don't even attempt to fight back....

That might be it but if Deku doesn't want people to fight back it means he has a weakness...

So what is that weakness??"

Bakugo was on a thinking tangent. Though in that thinking stream he figured something out that was true.

Midoryia wants the media's attention to get a feared name, and...

He does have a weakness.

"Ugh my head hurts. Stupid quirk overuse lash back." Midoryia thought to himself as he popped a tylenol pill to get rid of the pain. "Headache again?" Dabi asked. "Yeah" Midoryia sighed. "How does it even happen? It's a blood control quirk I would've thought your hands would hurt" Dabi said. "Because my quirk effects my psychological mind set it also effects my physical brain. I get head aches if I mass produce a lot of blood despite naturally having a lot of it. Average human has 1 gallon of blood, I have 3. Not to mention when it's in use my body makes more super fast, it's a blessing and a curse." Midoryia replied. "Huh makes sense, kinda like how my quirk burns me" Dabi said.

"Yeah like that." Midoryia sighed. "That's gonna suck" Dabi said. "Always has." Midoryia chuckled. "Oh yeah, that pro hero you killed. Marine, yeah your all over the news look at this" Dabi said showing Midoryia his phone.

"Pro hero Marine found killed, the killer? Izuku Midoryia also known as Kyōki. Officials have no idea why kyōki went after this wonderful pro that was just growing as a hero. Because of all the sudden deaths caused by Kyōki recently there will be a lawed curfew. Everyone is legally required to be in doors before 4:30, night fall. Anyone found out will get a fine of 1000 dollars. Hopefully not killed by this murderous teen. That's it for today" an article online said.

It put a smile on Midoryia's face, his headache left with the smile. When Midoryia's insanity is triggered most of his pains leave.

"Gotta love the coverage the media gives people for free." Midoryia chuckled. "Yeah" Dabi chuckled as well.

It was only 12:00pm, noon hour. Class at UA continued as it would. Bakugo couldn't help but feel annoyed. He figured something out but now he doesn't know what to do with the information cause chances are no adult would believe him.

Though despite that...

"Mr Aziawa" Bakugo said standing at his desk. "Bakugo, what do you need?" He asked. Bakugo pulled out a note book, it was only them in the class room everyone else went to lunch. "I figured out why Deku is killing" Bakugo said. Aziawa's eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know?" Aziawa asked. "While you pros and police were doing your investigation I was doing my own." Bakugo replied. Aziawa read over Bakugo's notes and details he picked up.

"Thank you Bakugo. This is very useful" Aziawa said. "Yeah yeah whatever. Just catch the dang Deku" Bakugo hissed as he walked out.

"Despite not seeming the type, he actually has quick thinking skills and a plan whenever he acts. This'll be useful to the investigation. Maybe we can catch him tomorrow." Aziawa thought to himself as he flipped through the pages.

Later-
School is over.

"Nezu, one of my students conducted research of his own and figured out something we didn't" Aziawa said handing Nezu the notebook. "Which student?" Nezu asked as he took the note book. "Bakugo Katsuki." Aziawa replied sitting down. "So from what I'm reading in this notebook of his, he thinks Midoryia is doing this to gain the media's attention so he gets a feared name, in an attempt to not have to fight too hard because he has a secret quirk backlash" Nezu said. "I think so" Aziawa replied. "Hmm this may be the case, if this is also true it means he has a target list of random heros and celebrities. All might would be on the top of the list considering he's a former hero and a UA teacher.

We can do the plan now" Nezu said.

Nezu's phone rang and he picked it up. "We figured something out!" The detective yelled through the phone. "What is it?" Nezu asked. "Before anyone dies there's been a reported person wearing all black, a hat, a mask, and has blue eyes. We think that might be his disguise" the detective said. "Oh we also just received information. We have a plan, get your team and meet at UA's conference room" Nezu said.

"So what's going to happen?" Asked Aziawa. "We're going through with the plan. Call Bakugo as well, he came up with this not me" Nezu said.

And so Bakugo was called in, he was sitting in his bed pondering at the time before he was called. Aziawa took him to the conference room where there were police,all might, a detective, principal Nezu, Ectoplasm,edgeshot,rock lock, fatgum, and a couple other pro heros.

"Whats a kid doing here?" Asked rock lock. "He did some valuable research on the topic we're discussing today. Here, read the note book" Nezu said passing the note book towards him.

"How do you know so much on Midoryia?" Nezu asked. "I haven't told much this but he's my ex child hood "friend". Hardly considered him a friend at all" Bakugo replied lowly.

"So what are we all here for?" Asked fatgum.

"We're here to discuss a major plan. How to catch Midoryia"
