This takes place after chapter seventeen and the trailer

Machuca and Chuluun is helping Ajax walk to the cave, his front right is leg is badly hurt from the battle, he trips a little and can no longer walk even with help, Makucha and Chuluun drah him the the walls of the cave, they gently put him down on the ground, Ajax turns to Makukuha and Chuluun, they bend down to his level,
"I knew he would return, one day, but to cease this power for himself and do the unthinkable is something I did not expect, but now, those who despised him."

The Tree of Life

"Those who despised him, he will come for them." Ajax narrated
Clouds starts forming around the Tree of Life, lightning strikes, Fuli and Azaad looks at the clouds,
Kion and Rani are minding their own business but loud thunder strikes, getting both of their attention, dark form around the tree

The Pridelands

"He will come for them all and won't stop until he has what he wants." Ajax narrated
Simba, Nala and Vitani looks up into the sky, dark clouds starts forming around pride rock, Vitani snares her teeth
"Those who held this world together." Ajax narrated
Kiba and Ash looks up into the sky, dark clouds form around them, lightning strikes through the clouds.

The Outlands

Everything is going fine, Janja and Jasiri walks on a rocks together, dark clouds starts forming around the Outlands, Janja and Jasiri looks at the clouds as lightning strikes, Jasiri is confused of what's happening, two clouded cultures suddenly appears out of the clouds and flies down, Jasiri snares her teeth and prepares for a fight, white strings appears out of the talents of the cloudy vultures and goes down to Jasiri, the string wraps around her as the clouded vultures fly back up taking Jasiri away,
"NOOOO." Janja looks at the situation, "NEMESIS!" he yelled

Back to Ajax

"And we he comes, we are all doomed" Ajax said
"This is bad my lord, even for me, I have never thought of anything like that." Makucha said
"I know, but my son would, and whatever he is planning, it can't be good." Ajax said
"What do we do now? our world is doomed, he said that we are all corrupted and is going to cure us all." Chuluun said
"If our world is in trouble, than we got to defend it, but I only know one who can defeat him now, and you two ain't going to like it." Ajax said
Makucha and Chuluun immediately knew what Ajax was talking about.

To the Tree of Life

Everyone is grouped around the entrance of the Tree of Life, Fuli and Nirmala is missing from the group, Anga swoops down.

"Anything Anga?" Kion asked.

"I tried to follow the clouds, but the trail went cold and completely lost sight of them, they're gone." Anga said.

Ullu flies down to the group, "Makucha and Chuluun are entering the Tree of Life." she said.

"Stop them but don't lead them out, they have a lot of questions to answer." Kion said.

Everyone runs to the mountain pass, Makucha and Chuluun enter the Tree of Life, "That's far enough, what is Ajax up to now?" Kion asked.

"We come in peace, we ask for help, Ajax has been defeated in battle and we are guiding him here to heal him." Makucha said.

"He's been defeated in battle, I don't believe you." Kion said.

Makucha and Chuluun move out of the way, Ajax severely limps into the tree of life, he can't use his broken leg as it is in way too much pain, instead he drags it, Kion gives a stern face to Ajax, "How did you lose the battle?" Kion asked.
