A power outage is never fun in my opinion. Be it a short flicker in the lights or one that would last a whole day to recover. First of all, because it would always happen just when I am drawing in my computer and then autosave just decides to become a bitch afterwards. Additionally, in this modern world of advanced technology, this slug taking the form of a human cannot live a day without wifi and my computer.

However, I believe not all of you had experienced the dilemma of a long running power outage, considering that my country's economy is as well-off as a penniless hobo that would sing horribly for food. Hell, my region would even experience two or three months of no electricity when a typhoon wrecks havoc in my country. Nonetheless, it can only be a matter of getting used to at times.

Now, in spite of being momentarily robbed of convenience brought by electricity, I do believe that a blackout has its pros at times. There is the fact that the limited use on technology allows ud to get a breather from absorbing the toxic fumes of social media. It can be relieving per se. And, another would be the opportunity to bond with either your inner self or the people around you. Without the confines of our phones, it is a great opportunity to have a heart-to-heart or a light-hearted talk intrapersonaly and interpersonaly.

Well, I am not credible enough to claim that what I had mentioned from the previous paragraph as a fact. I am merely speaking from perspective and opinion. After all, I am nothing but a broke teenager who has too much time in her hands that decided to type out a story fantasizing about a certain sky-blue haired fictional character.

The sounds of a hand being shoved inside a particular hole creates a pattern within the confines of the fairly illuminated dorm room. Whilst the noise plays in the background, the loud volume of the movie flashing through the twenty-four inch flat-screen television drowns the sounds of movement on the bed. The slightest movement from the people on the sof mattress creates the quietest creak.

With the climax gradually building up, three pairs of gems owning varying tones from each other focuses their attention towards the television screen, intently watching the thriller film playing on the device as they feasted on bags of chips. Huddled together on a certain scholar's bed were her and two other members of the Sin-ui high school department student council.

As the jump scare scene flashes through the screen,  three-high pitched screams echoes through the four corners of the room as Wangnan, Ehwa, and (Y/N) huddled towards each other from fright. Shaking like a vibrating phone, the three teens hugged each other tightly whilst their eyes were still glued towards the screen -- a blanket draping over the trio.
