"You know, my offer still stands." Leo whispered to me.
"Hm," I nodded, trying to focus on the paper in front of me.
"Just reason with me, Gia." He said. "Please?" He pouted as he stuck out his bottom lip.
I snorted and returned back to my paper, avoiding Leo.
"You can't ignore me for too long." He smirked.
"Sure can." I smiled sarcastically.
"Just accept the offer, and be my friend. It's so very simple." He raised his eyebrows.
"And why would you want to be my friend?" I asked him as I dropped my pen onto the table.
"Accept my offer and I'll let you-"
"Answer the question lover boy," I cut him off.
"I'll let you draw a skeleton hand if you shut up and be my friend," he suggested.
I shrugged. "Desperate...but I accept your offer." I grabbed his hand and shuck it aggressively before picking up my pen and beginning to draw on Leo's hand.
As I drew I decided to make small talk with Leo, since the silence in this classroom made me feel uneasy.
"So what brings you to Trinity High?" I whispered.
"I dunno," he shrugged.
"Well there must be some important reason, considering you left your stuck up girlfriend and stoner-friends back at that cheap school out in Lightmin," I sighed.
He laughed. "That is true."
"So why?" I asked.
"Well," He began. "Just needed a change."
"Of friends?" I laughed.
"Sort of, actually," he smiled. "Mostly change of atmosphere though."
"Hm," I nodded. "You're strange."
"I get that a lot." He smiled.
I smiled back and continued to draw.
