Every living wants to be someone,
Wants to be many things they wanted.
But doubt pulls them back to
That realization of being no one.

People say you can't be anything.
You can be like this and not that thing.
You wanted to be everything
But people encouraged you to be nothing.

Look at the moon above.
Look at the light it cast in your window.
You think he is bright and wonderful.
He doesn't have his own light, don't you know?

The moon doesn't produce his light.
The sun's light reflects it.

Just like the moon, you are something.
You can be who you wanted to be
With someone that makes you shine the brightest.
You can be everything and anything .

Be with someone who'll stay.

Be with someone who doesn't envy
And leave you along the way.
