I'm staring blankly in space.
Wondering if incase,
Again I will be under your embrace.
And your light is touching my face.

And yes! I am right.
You're now up there.
Shining so bright,
Smiling at me,
In your cresent shape.

Have I ever told you—
That you are beautiful.
Though your light is not full.
And just visible in partial view.
I want you to know that I still love you.

I love everything about you.
From your lights opacity,
Your size and phase.
All of you is beautiful.
•
I love you in your full, cresent and half.
From new to full moon.
Whatever your phase,
As long as it's you.
•
I love staring at you.
Every night gazing and seeking your light.
For I know the next day, you'll be away.
But don't worry, I will stay—
Here and wait for you to visit me again.
