One Endless Night With You
Dedicated to all the Bubblheys
Inspired by the Christmas Star (Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn) and the Longest Night of the Year.
One must not gaze at them although
Your eyes are wonderful like the moon.
I must not seek for I know you'll go.
Like the moon that fades when the clouds come through.
•
Although I hear your angelic voice,
I cant help my excitement that grows.
It's an addicting sound.
Only voice that makes me fast asleep at night.
•
I heard you're coming tonight,
For sure together, we are the very bright.
But even if my heart is hyped.
I know tomorrow, we'll bid goodbye.
•
Tonight, we'll be a history.
A mystery to those who cannot see.
Allignment of hearts that meets in one axis.
But beats in different half ways.
•
I know tonight is the longest night.
Why can't it be endless right?
So I could be with you even just one night.
One endless night, I desire.
•
But things may be uncertain,
Even feelings fades away.
So maybe tonight
Admit the feelings dwelling up inside.
•
How would you feel if you know what I'm hiding?
Something that I've been meaning to acknowledge.
We could share the same excitement.
But in the end, I might end up broken.
•
So I'll smile and meet you
Though this feeling is uneasy.
I'll be brave to spell the words I've been keeping.
Lightyears of waiting for chances like this.
•
This evening perhaps the longest,
Together we may be the most brilliant.
Yet, this night isn't interminable,
So I'll take this mental fortitude and admit.
•
For later, we'll head out in different directions...
