Hi my name is Brooklyn. I am from New York and I just moved to Seoul for a job offer. Now you might think that since I have such an American name I must be white, right? Well I'm not. My mom is from Colombia and my dad is from Cuba but I was born and raised in New York. I don't know what is up with these Latino families calling there kids such American names. My mom was a nurse and she mostly took care of me and my sisters. And my dad.... well lets not talk about him. I'm 25 and i graduated 1 year ago. I'm trying really hard to find my way in the world. It took a lot to escape the world I came from, and I don't plan on going back. I'm super excited to get to know my new home. As I said before I moved because of my job. I'm a lawyer and have been trying to find a stable job everywhere. So when some big company offered me a job, I accepted. I also moved here because of how beautiful it is here.

So far I don't know that much about the company I am going to work for, not even its name. I only know the address and i haven't checked it out yet so... Its a mystery. I asked my best friend Isabella to help me move and she said yes. Yay! Isabella has been by my side for seven years and were are more like sisters than friends. I start my job in September but I'm moving in now (August) so that I can surprise Bella for her birthday. Its August 20th. I'm going to take her to a BTS concert. We both love them and their music ;). She has never been to a concert and neither have I. But not only am I taking her, I also paid VIP so we could have good seats and meet BTS after. I can't wait to see the look on her face.😊
