Unexpected

Threats

Brook's POV
His arms rapped tighter around my waist as soon as I finished my question.
Tae: " I'm so sorry that you had to go through that alone, but now you have me- I mean us so you won't be alone anymore."
I relaxed into that hug and put my hands around his neck. He seemed to relax as well when I did this.
Me: " Thank you."
Tae: " No problem." He chuckled.
We stayed like that for a while, enjoying each other's warmth as rain poured down outside.
Jimin: " (clears throat) Excuse me, Tae, can you please stop hogging Brook, please."
We slowly pulled away awkwardly. Tae rubbed the back of his neck and stepped away.
Tae: " Heh. I'm gonna go uhm get some water."
As he walked away I turned to Jimin with a mock glare.
Me: " Was that really necessary."
Bella: " Yes it was. You were making all of us feel lonely. Well except Namjin over there cuddling."
Jin : " We haven't told anyone how did you know?"
Me : " Please, it's sooo obvious."
They began blushing and protesting but eventually gave up, seeing that we wouldn't stop.
I heard a knock on the door and went to open the door.
Me: " Hi, how may I help you?"
A man in black stood in front of me. His ice blue eyes seemed to look at me with.... pity?
Man: " Are you Brook?"
Me: " Yes..." I answered warily.
Man: " Here is a message for you."
The man handed me an envelope and walked away without a word.
'That was strange.' I thought to myself as I closed the door and leaned against it as I opened the envelope.
The envelope held a light piece of paper.
I took in a sharp breath when I saw what the paper held.
Hey little sis,
   When you get this I will have already told Dad that you are no where to be found in Seoul and that I will soon be looking in other places. But fair warning, you only have 8 months before I come and pick you up. So enjoy your limited time with your new friends because it won't last long. And also, don't try fighting because if you do you can say goodbye to those little friends. Can't wait to see you little sis.

My breath hitched. Somehow I knew this would happen, but I didn't think it would happen so soon. My hands trembled as I tried to find my composure before I entered the living room again.
At that moment someone else knocked on the door and I quickly opened it to reveal the pizza that we ordered over two hours ago.
Delivery Man: " Hey, I am so sorry traffic was terrible and the storm didn't help."
Me: " It's ok, how much do I owe you?"
My voice came out shaky as I stuffed the envelope in my pocket and took out the money. The man told me how much and I handed him the money. I grabbed the pizza and went back to the living room having regained my composure.
Me: " Hey guys the pizzas here."
Bella: " I was wondering why it was taking you so long."
Jin: " Hey, babe, are you ok you look a little pale."
Me: " Yeah I'm fine just hungry."
Jin: " Ok then let's get some food in ya!" I chuckled at his enthusiasm.

For the rest of the night we ate, played games, and hung out. The guys left around 2:00 am having claimed that they were thankful that they were off tomorrow. Bella and I soon went to bed after cleaning up.
But I knew I wouldn't sleep tonight. The threat that Ani sent me tonight would hang over my head for the next 8 months and would leave me restless for even longer.
