Toyomi

Toyomi finally had her interview a week ago with India everything went great, India loved her and said she would be in touch in a week or 2 so she was patiently waiting. Toyomi hadn't been dancing in the club that much in the past 2weeks because it seemed as though Milan wanted to occupy her time, he told her he would pay her whatever she made in a night just call out so she did just that.

Right now she was home cleaning up doing some of her and Milan's laundry getting ready for later that night she had plans on going to work. She didn't tell Milan because she didn't want to have a disagreement with him about it, she didn't want him to keep giving her money and paying her rent. She sat on the couch folding their clothes while watching tv her phone started ringing she paused the show before looking down at her phone it was India she literary jumped up reaching for the phone

"Hello" she said into the phone "Toyomi? It's me India" she could hear India's smile over the phone "Please tell me you're calling me with good news" Toyomi said "Yes I would be a fool not to hire such a good catch like you Toyomi, when can you start" India questioned "Like yesterday" she said immediately without hesitation "That's exactly what I wanted to hear, how about you take the time this weekend to go over your paper work and start bright and early Monday morning" India said "Sounds great thank you so much for this opportunity" She smiled "Welcome to the team Toyomi Greene" India said excitedly before the call ended

Before she could start celebrating her phone started ringing again this time it was Milan she picked up right away because she was still excited about the news and hoped he would be too "Hello" she sang into the phone "What you doin'" Milan's voice filled her ears "Nothing right now finishing up the clothes" she said "iight I know you walkin' around naked so put some clothes on I'm coming to get you in an hour" he said "Okay" was all Toyomi said before he ended the call

Toyomi rushed to take a shower and get dressed it always took her long time to get ready for anything. She finished getting dressed then straightened her hair and as soon as she sat down to put her sneakers on Milan called saying he was down stairs. She grabbed her purse, keys, and jacket before walking downstairs to meet him, she opened the door to the truck before jumping in

"Hey Daddy" Toyomi said once she was fully in the car putting on her seatbelt "Sup you missed me" he asked looking at the road in front of him as he drove off "Boy please I just saw you last night" she laughed "Yea yea whatever, what you so happy about today anyway" he asked as he put his hand on her left thigh squeezing it she smiled before saying "If I tell you, I want you to be supportive this will be a big change for me" she looked at the side of his face and he shook his head okay

"So I have a law degree and I kinda went on an interview for this company a few weeks ago... they called me today saying I got the job" she squealed in excitement "Word, I'm proud of you Ma" he smirked acting surprised even though he already knew she had the interview from snooping in her papers she left out

They spent the rest of the car ride talking about how excited and nervous she was he assured her she'd do great this was a big step in the right direction. The car ride got silent as Milan pulled up to this big house in a neighborhood she never been to the houses were gorgeous he parked in the driveway cut the car off before getting out Toyomi just sat in the front seat silently observing her surroundings "Get out lets go" he said to her as he opened her door she didn't say a word just followed behind him

He put the key in unlocking the door he grabbed her hand because she was just standing there looking around. Once the door opened the house looked even more beautiful on the inside she walked in further seeing a big picture of Milan with a pretty little girl who looked just like him sitting on his lap "So this is your house" she asked looking in his eyes she never been to his house before, come to think of it he was always at her place "Yea so take a sneakers off in my house" he mushed her playfully making her swat his hand
