2months later...

Cash was in straight savage mode since his little situationship with Mia ended. This was his first heartbreak ever and he hated that shit at first he was moping around feeling sad as hell, then he had to remind himself that he was really that nigga and could have just about any woman he desired. It was late Sunday afternoon he was lying in bed on his back staring straight up at the ceiling thinking to himself how lately he'd been running wild. Basically he had a new chick every other night or when he felt like being entertained.

Cash sat up on the side of the bed looked at his phone to see if anybody called him last night because he had his phone on do not disturb. He seen Milan had called him a total of 5times and sent a text that said call him.

He called him back right away Milan answered on the 3rd ring "Yoo" his voice echoed through the phone "Sup" Cash slightly laughed at the excitement in his voice "Nigga come through to the crib wifey cooking Sunday dinner and I know ya vegan ass hungry" Milan joked "Nigga I'm not vegan I just watch what I put in my body" Cash shot back "Yea yea whatever come through whenever I'll have her save you a plate" Milan said "Bet what time dinner start?" Cash asked "6:30" Milan said

"Baby come here now!" Cash heard Toyomi's voice in the background "iight bro later" Milan hung up the phone quick

Cash stood up from the bed looking for his clothes scattered around the room "where you goin' Boo?" Lashontae sat up in bed stretching her naked body "My brother is having Sunday dinner at his house so, yea.." he pulled his pants up buttoning them "I wanna go too Cash... Please" she put on her best sad face

Cash met Lashontae a month ago at one of the gyms he owned. He was working out she was checking him out, she walked right up to him in the parking lot and asked him out. He laughed at first but, thought she was cute so he asked her how old she was she said 22 and he said goodbye. A week after that she pushed him into having drinks with her at first he didn't wanna go but, ended up having a great time. When Mia unknowingly tore down his ego it's like Lashontae came in and slowly started building him back up.

Though he was seeing many other women at this time Lashontae just so happened to be his favorite at the moment. He didn't know if it was her almond shaped eyes or her curly black long hair not to mention she was thick as hell. She was the prefect distraction from Mia lately he barely thought about her at all it helped that he hadn't seen her since that morning she stopped by his house.

He looked at her for a minute before answering "Yea, why not" he shrugged "So did I get promoted from ya sneaky link to your special friend" She burst out laughing and he smacked his lips "Tae go head with that other shit" he waved her off "I'ma go home and shower be ready when I come back to get you" he walked towards the door "Sir yes sir" she yelled after him giggling.

Yea Cash liked shorty but, he didn't want her knowing where he lived not yet anyway so for now he was comfortable kicking at her house then leaving

Hours later Sunday dinner...

"Baby come here I wanna talk to you" Milan pulled Toyomi by the arm into the kitchen "What's up" she smirked at him while looking through the doorway into the living room where everyone else was sitting waiting for dinner to be served "Why this nigga here ion like him" Milan looked at her "Who Baby?" Toyomi asked him because it was only the girls, the kids, Tamir, and Rashadd decided to tag along with Mia. He gave her a knowing look "Ooh idk she told him don't come" she shrugged

Dominic walked into the kitchen interrupting their conversation "ya'll I invited my Lawyer to dinner since he said he has news for me about the case" she looked at them both waiting for a response "iight cool Gabe is my nigga" Milan shrugged "So, it's fine for Gabe but not.. You know what.." Toyomi shook her head snickering at him "You petty" she mushed Milan's head "Ya'll both petty talkin' about that man like he ain't in the next room" Dom laughed grabbing a bottle of water out the refrigerator

"Yo who invited dude?" Tamir came walking in the kitchen it seemed as though he wasn't too fond of Rashadd either "What why ya'll looking at me?" Toyomi rolled her eyes cause she knew she was guilty. She asked Mia to come right in front of Rashadd 3days ago when she was picking Ryder up she never thought he'd actually show up with Mia.

The doorbell rang "I'll get it" Kennedy got up from her comfortable position on the couch. When she opened the door Cash was standing there holding hands with some girl that was just cheesing away. Kennedy looked at Cash waiting on an explanation of who the girl was "Ken this is Tae, Tae this is my sis Kennedy" he said to the both of them. Kennedy looked at him one last time before turning to the girl "Nice to meet you Tae" Kennedy smiled at the girl but gave Cash a weird look

Cash and Lashontae walked through the living room towards the dinning room area where the food was set up for everyone to help themselves "Girlll no, let me go pour myself a drink this about to get real messy" Dominic's eyes grew wide once she seen Tae hanging off Cash's arm she elbowed Milan in his side

"Wassup ya'll" Cash said to everyone ignoring their funny looks "Umm hey bro... who is this" Toi looked at Milan for an explanation but, he was just as shocked as her. He knew his bro had been running wild different bitches damn near every night but, him bringing a chick to Sunday dinner was different. Milan and Tamir couldn't read the situation but they knew this was some ghetto shit they seen their girls watch on tv.

"Sorry ya'll we could eat now that was my job asking if I put orders in for a patient. I'm on call for the hospital tonight" Mia interrupted as she walked back inside the sliding glass back door she had yet to look up from her phone at the situation at hand.

Dominic cleared her throat making Mia look up from her phone when she seen that cute girl all over Cash her face was puzzled but, she quickly turned it into a smile before walking over to everyone. The room was so tense you could cut it with a knife "So y'all ready to eat or what?" Mia smirked

"I know I am" Rashadd wrapped his arm around Mia she cringed on the inside. "Before we eat who the hell are you?" Tamir pointed to Tae everyone in the room started laughing "My name is Lashontae I'm a good friend of your brother" Tae smirked "iight cool now let's eat" Tamir walked to spread of food laid across the table

After an hour of the most awkward dinner Mia was ready to go but, everyone was still at the dinner table talking and drinking. Every once in a while she would glance up at Cash and Tae then sip her wine this time when she looked up the girl kissed his lips. "Mia come help me put the food away"Toyomi whispered to Mia from across the table

Mia stood up from the table "Sorry we've gotta get going Ryder has school in the morning goodnight y'all, and nice meeting you Lashontae" she waved at the table "It was a pleasure" Tae smiled waving back

Cash sat back in his chair watching Rashadd grab Mia's hand to walk to the car he couldn't read her vibes for the first time ever that night. Honestly he didn't know she'd be over there for Sunday dinner she had been avoiding him just like he had been avoiding her.

He felt like such an asshole he barely said two words to her but, watched her from down the table every chance he got "Boo I have to go, you stay my Uber is outside" Tae whispered in his ear breaking his deep thoughts

"It was nice meeting everyone" she stood up from the table then kissed Cash. Toyomi stood up from the table to walk her to the door, Dom and Kennedy went into the front room to grab their belongings leaving the guys alone in the dining room

"Don't even fuckin' ask" Cash spoke up before either one of them said anything they both threw their hands up in defense chuckling "This nigga is a straight savage" Milan laughed "Deadass, nigga had dinner with his ex-lover and her husband plus one of his sneaky links" Tamir doubled over with laughter

"You couldn't tell me she was comin' Mill" Cash mugged him "Aye I ain't in y'all love drama shit" Milan shook his head
