"Thank you so much for watching Ryder for me the rest of the weekend" Mia said to Tamara over the phone as she admired her body in the mirror "You know I love me some Ry, anyway I want all my babies to have fun at the party tomorrow" Tamara said "I wanted it to be a surprise but you know your nosey daughter" Mia laughed

"Anyway stop checking on us we're good go enjoy your me time" Tamara said before ending the call. Mia was grateful for Tamara after her grandmother died she looked out for her and treated her just like her own.

Lately everything had been going down hill in her marriage after her finding out Rashadd was on drugs, the missing money in the joint accounts, him coming home all hours of the night drunk and high out of his mind and now she couldn't find her diamond pendant cross chain her grandmother gave her before she died

She loved Rashadd and was willing to fight for their marriage but it seemed like she was fighting alone. He walked in the bedroom stripping out of his clothes throwing them in the middle of the floor, he pulled out a mirror with lines of coke and did 3 before he turned to Mia who was just staring at him in shock he didn't care she was standing there "Clean this shit up" he pointed to the clothes on the floor before jumping in the shower

When she heard the shower cut on she ran downstairs into their garage and put a tracking device under the backseat of his car. She walked in Ryder's room and shut the door to make a call the line rang twice before Kennedy answered

"Whats up Boo" Kennedy yelled excitedly through the phone "Kenn I need your help get dressed I'm coming to get you" Mia's soft voice filled her ears "Okay I'm ready come now" was all Kennedy said she could hear the urgency in Mia's voice "I'll explain everything when I see you" Mia said quickly before she hung up

"Baby" Rashad yelled from their bedroom startling her she followed his voice to the room "Yes" she said softly "come here" he motioned for her making her stand in front of him "Shadd have you seen my cross necklace my Grandmother gave me before she died" she asked looking in his blood shot red eyes

"Nah don't you always wear it" he said as he kissed her neck "Yea but.." before she could finish her statement he had his hand on her shoulders slightly pushing her to her knees they had been together so long she knew what that meant

She looked up at him stroking his dick with one hand as he palmed her chin with the other "Open up for Daddy" he caressed her cheek and she slightly opened her mouth allowing him to push himself down her throat "good girl" he sighed caressing the back of her head

After a few minutes Rashadd was moaning and shaking as he came, when Mia was done he pulled up his pants and fasten his belt "I'm late I'll take care of you when I get back" he looked down at Mia making her feel cheap and unwanted

"Oh okay, where you going it's late" she said as she got off her knees "Out Mia damn, why you always down my fuckin' back" he yelled Mia knew what he was doing but she played along because soon enough she would find out where he was going, she knew he was picking a fight just to leave the house she wasn't dumb

A few minutes after she heard him storm down the stairs and out the door she threw on a black sweatsuit before calling Kennedy to tell her she was on the way. Mia pulled out her phone to check and make sure the tracker was working it was she smiled to herself

Mia pulled up to Kennedy's apartment building she took out her phone to text her she was outside. Minutes later Kennedy and Dominic came strolling out the building to jump in her jeep "Where did you come from Dom" Mia looked in the back seat

"Bitch first why you ain't call me, second me and Kennedy been together all day" Dominic looked at Mia "Never mind all that we here now" Dominic smiled "Yea now let's get whatever this is started" Kennedy smiled and Mia put her phone on the stand to follow the tracker

They drove in silence before pulling up to this beautiful restaurant with large glass windows Downtown "What is this Mia" Kennedy looked at the place in front of them "This is where Rashadd is right now" Mia looked up at them she paused before telling them about almost everything that was going on in her marriage lately and that she was worried and needed to know if there was someone else he was in love with

Dominic sat up in her seat clearing her throat after Mia told them what was going on "Let's go y'all" was all Dom said as she pulled her glock out her Chanel bag tucking it in the waist of her jeans Kennedy wiped a tear that rolled down her cheek when Mia was talking about the situation off her face before getting out the car

Mia got out the car pulled her hoddie over her head as they walked closer to the windows she spotted Rashadd right away sitting close to the window with another woman holding hands her chest felt tight "Are you okay Mi? Do you wanna leave" Kennedy rubbed Mia's back as she watched her best friend's heart crack in front of her

"No I need to see what's going on" Mia bit her bottom lip holding her tears back as she watched Rashadd pull out a jewelry box then lean in to kiss the woman. The woman kissed him back before opening the box that had Mia's diamond cross necklace from her Grandmother

Mia collapsed on the ground grabbing her chest laughing "Say the fuckin' word Mia" Dominic cocked her gun Mia couldn't speak tears just poured out her eyes as Kennedy helped her to her feet "Mia it's gonna be okay let's go now" Kennedy walked her in the direction of the Jeep

Before Dom walked away she got a closer look at the neckless she noticed it was the one Mia wore most of the time since they were younger and had been complaining for weeks about it being missing. Dominic shook her head before walking in the direction of the girls

Dominic jumped in the drivers seat because Mia was too hysterical to drive she was laughing with tears falling from her face Kennedy sat in the back seat with her. Kennedy rolled down the windows so Mia could breathe fresh air then hugged her tight

Dominic pulled out her phone to call her cousin Dru it rang 3times before Dru picked up "Yo Dom this better be good I was just about to get sum pussy" he sighed "Dru I need a favor please" she begged "What!! Damn you lucky you my favorite cousin" he fussed "I need you to rob this couple at this restaurant downtown right now" she said quickly "But only take the cross necklace the bitch is wearing" she said "iight sayless send me the addy I'm on the way" Dru said before hanging up

Dominic smiled and texted him everything the place, description of Rashadd and the girl. They just sat in the car and watched Dru work his magic Mia was inconsolable Kennedy was trying her best to pull her together. Dru walked up to the driver side of the car when he was finished handling the situation and handed Dominic the necklace and whatever money the little bitch had in her wallet

Dominic handed it to Mia she half smiled and pulled herself together "I have to get home before him, I have to take y'all back to Kennedy's" Mia said snapping back to reality they all agreed

3:30am...

Mia tiptoed in the front door hoping Rashadd was sleep she took her sneakers off and turned to the stairs but stopped dead in her tracks when she heard a voice from the living room couch "Mia, where you been baby" Rashadd asked half sleep startling her she hurried to wipe her tears "I was with the girls planning Toi's dinner, you know her birthday is tomorrow" she put on a fake smile "Okay, I love you baby go upstairs so I can take care of you like I promised earlier" he smirked at her she turned around and her smile dropped as she walked up the stairs Mia couldn't believe she was married to such a lair...
