Milan

It was Monday afternoon Milan was happy to be back in the city from Miami he was on his way to pick up Kylie from school. He was excited he missed his little girl not only did Keisha not let him see her the past few days she didn't let him speak to her on the phone either every time he called she said Kylie was sleep or gone to her mothers.

He pulled up to the school parked his truck reached in the backseat for the sunflower he bought her on the way. He walked up to the classroom door and just stood there watching Kylie play with some of her friends "How you doing Mr. Williams" Monica the classroom teacher broke his attention from Kylie "I'm fine, how are you" Milan looked at her briefly "That you are" she mumbled to herself before saying "I'm doing great" she smirked

He turned back around and seen Kylie running towards him "Daddy!! Daddy!" she yelled in excitement as he picked her up "My baby" he kissed her all over her cheeks "Daddy I'm not a baby anymore.. Remember I'm 5years old now" Kylie made a serious face staring at her Daddy with her eyebrow raised he couldn't help but laugh because she looked just like his twin

"Daddy can we get some pizza tonight before we go home" she asked he shook his head yes most of the time whatever Kylie wanted he gave to her in his eyes she was a prefect little angel. When they got home they ate their pizza together Kylie begged to watch tv but Milan told her not until her homework was finished, she pouted but did as her father said

Milan was lying on his couch in deep thought about Toyomi when he really was supposed to be watching a basketball game on tv he hadn't spoken to her since the night he left for Miami, she didn't call or text to check on him. He sat up reaching for his phone his finger hovered over Toyomi's contact for a while before he said fuck it and just called she answered on the 3rd ring

"Hello" Toyomi answered with music in her background "What you doin'" he questioned her listening to her background for a nigga "Cleaning up my house right now" she said kind of being short with him "I'ma come see you tomorrow night" Milan said sitting up a little bit on the couch "Okay see you tomorrow" was all she said to him "what you mad at me or sum" he questioned "Nope" she responded "iight bet, goodnight" was all he said before ending their phone call

Milan hung up the phone feeling kind of confused Toyomi was always excited to hear his voice but tonight it seemed as if he was getting on her nerves "fuck I do" he said to himself before shrugging it off his phone starting buzzing this time it was Brea he answered on the 4th ring

"Yo" he said into the phone looking at the game on tv "You comin' to see me tonight or what, I know you back in the city so I ain't tryna hear no bullshit excuse" Brea said into the phone with a slight attitude. He scrunched his face up at the phone "Don't be talkin' to me like you fuckin' crazy, I'm busy tonight" was all he said before hanging up in her face he was getting real sick of her demanding shit from him and he wasn't even her man

Kylie walked in the living room looking guilty in the face with her hands behind her back with her bottom lip poked out "Daddy" she said in her little sweet voice "Yes princess" he sat on the edge of the couch "Promise you won't be mad" she said still holding her hands behind her back

"Mad for what" he raised his brows pulling her close to him so he could tickle her. Normally she would be falling over with laughter begging her daddy not to stop this time she was trying to move out of his reach. He grabbed her and tossed her up in the air she grabbed his shirt with her blue hands.

He looked at the paint on her hands and asked her calmly "Kylie what did you do Baby?" she poked out her lip and started crying "Daddy I just wanted to make your new shirt pretty" she put her head on his shoulder as he walked back to his room.

The whole time he thought Kylie was playing quietly with her toys watching tv she was painting his brand new white Dior button up with the tags still on it. "It's okay baby I'm not mad at you" he wiped her tears before kissing her cheeks making her smile "How about a bubble bath with lots of bubbles before bed" Milan said carrying her to the bathroom

Toyomi

Toyomi was sitting on her living room floor typing away at her resume, she had met with Kennedy about the job opportunity she had to offer. Kennedy knew a girl named India that was looking for somebody fresh out of law school that wanted to try being her agency's entertainment lawyer

Kennedy automatically thought of her girl Toi plus she thought Toyomi was way too smart to be in the clubs, not that she was judging her she just knew she deserved better. After everything at the club with Rashadd that made her feel cheap, and the pressure from her mother she was willing to give this opportunity a try.

She paused from typing remembering Milan said he was coming by tomorrow night, she forgot she was supposed to be working tomorrow night "Shit" Toyomi smacked her lips. She wasn't about to miss out on spending time with Milan especially since she went missing on him for those 2weeks

Toyomi made up her mind she was gonna take the night off just for him, she craved to know more about him
