Milan had been calling Toyomi's phone back to back she hadn't answered the phone all day he was starting to get worried. He pulled up their text thread to send her a text "Call me I'm worried" he hit send before getting up to make sure Paris was getting ready for her radio interview she had with Power 106 that morning
Across the hallway Cash was lying in his hotel suite on the couch strolling through Instagram trying to past time while Tamir was getting ready for a video shoot he had early that morning for a feature he did with Roddy Rich a few months back. The first post that popped up on his feed was Mia he stared at the picture for a while before clicking on the comments to read them.

Yea he missed Mia a whole lot after seeing her at Kennedy and Mir's wedding dinner but, he convinced himself she was happy with her lame ass husband and he needed to leave her alone. A text message in his phone took him out of "Mia Land" it was Tae and a bunch of other text messages from different girls he'd entertain when he felt like it but, right now it seemed as though Tae was holding his attention at the moment

Tae: Missing you
He smirked at the picture he knew she was at his house in his bed, lately things had been going great between the two they had been spending a lot of time together. He replied "Miss you more Big head" before he continued back to Instagram to read the rest of the comments underneath Mia's picture. Cash was so deep in her comments snooping when Tamir barged into his room startling him he hit like on her picture by an accident
"Nigga WTF yo" Cash sat up on the couch looking at Mir like he was crazy "What? you told me come get you when I'm ready" Tamir shrugged with a duh look on his face "My bad bro" Cash stood up putting his phone in his pocket before they both walked out the door
Later that Night... 2am
Toyomi's stomach and head had been hurting so she slept through most of the day. She was just now waking up from her slumber because of her body feeling so uncomfortable, she felt even worst than before.
She sat up dragging herself to the bathroom to soothe her stomach with a hot bubble bath. Once the bath was ready she dipped in with her phone out to call Milan she knew he was still up because it was only 11pm his time.
He answered the FaceTime right away "Baby" he looked into the camera she heard loud music in the background "Hey" she looked at him sizing her up in the camera "T you don't look too good, you iight Baby?" He questioned
"Idk I'm in so much pain I can't explain it" she rested her head back on the tub with sweat pouring down her face "I'ma call ya mother to come over" he said before she quickly cut him off "Don't worry her I'm fine, plus she's out of town with Kennedy's mom" Toi closed her eyes
"I'ma just call my mother to come cause I won't be home until tomorrow night" he looked at her looking miserable she didn't say a word just got up out the bath to get dressed. Toi didn't even have the strength to argue so she did everything Milan was telling her to do before he hung up
Milan hung up on Toyomi once she was fully dressed to call his mother and ask her to take Toi to the hospital because she looked bad and he wasn't there to take her. The mother in Faith made her jump up right away she didn't care that it was 2am she was doing whatever her son asked plus she really liked Toyomi
Faith jumped in her car driving way across town to her son's house, when she got there she turned the knob on the front door it opened right away because Toi forgot to lock the door earlier "Toyomi?!" Faith yelled up the stairs but, no answer
She walked up the stairs turned to knob to the bedroom Toi was knocked out fully dressed with sweat pouring from her forehead "Toi we have to go baby" Faith said sitting her up on the side of the bed. Her phone started ringing it was Milan "Yes Mill" Faith answered the phone while helping Toi down the stairs to the car "Mommy everything good?" He asked
Faith leaned Toi's seat back so she could rest on the drive to the hospital, then snapped her seat belt before getting in on the drivers seat "Idk Baby she's doesn't look too good at all" Faith said to Milan making him go into panic "What you mean she don't look good? I'm bout to FaceTime I wanna see my Baby" Milan fussed
"Boy! I'm driving and she doesn't feel good relax we've got everything under control" Faith's voice came off soothing made him relax immediately "Okay, just call me please if anything I'ma check the airline for any earlier flights" he said before the phone cut off she figured his phone died
After the 35minute drive they pulled up to the hospital Faith parked in the Emergency room area "Toi sweetheart? We're here I'm gonna get a wheelchair to wheel you in and get checked in" She caressed the side of toyomi's face she was out cold
Faith wheeled her in filled out the paperwork with Toi as best she could. After they finished they both waited patiently to be called back, Toyomi was in so much pain and discomfort she started crying "It's okay don't cry I think we're next" Faith rubbed Toi's back
A hour later a nurse called them back they got settled in a room Toi put on a hospital gown then laid in the bed. The nurse came back to start an IV and draw some blood for a few labs they had to run. Faith sat in a chair right next to Toi she even held her hand the whole time because she said she was scared
The doctor walked into the room "Hello Ms. Greene I'm Dr. Walker there's a few things I wanna discuss with you" Dr. Walker sat on the edge of her hospital bed "Okay" Toyomi managed to get out in between the sharp pains "Well all your labs came back great but, your pregnancy test came back inconclusive" the doctor paused "With your permission I'd like to check you for an ectopic pregnancy" the Dr looked at Toi
"Okay, sure but I'm 100 percent positive I'm not pregnant" she sat up in the bed. Dr. Walker and her nurses came in with the equipment to check and sure enough Toi she was 9 centimeters dilated with a full term healthy sized baby "Yea like I thought she's pregnant and she's ready to give birth its contractions she's experiencing" Dr Walker said
"No, no, no, Dr Walker this can't be I just had my period last week and I don't even have a belly" Toi screamed out in pain at the 2 contractions that came back to back "Yes honey it's very rare but it's called a cryptic pregnancy I'll explain everything but right now you're giving birth to a full term baby boy" Dr Walker said to her while preparing to deliver the baby
"Omg so wait I have a grandson she's giving birth to right now?!" Faith jumped out her chair shocked yet excited she was experiencing the birth of her grandchild last time Keisha had security throw her and Milan out the hospital room
"Toi can I stay I promise I won't even speak" Faith begged watching the nurses set up for delivery "Are you crazy Faith, I need you right now please don't leave my side I'm scared" Toyomi said honestly Faith kissed her forehead and held her hand through the whole experience
Faith tried calling her son on FaceTime so he could watch the birth of his son he knew nothing about but, no answer so she recorded everything for him
Almost 2hours of her pushing and crying she gave birth to a healthy little boy with a head full of hair. Toi was in complete shock she just pushed out a whole baby she knew nothing about
