-Vikk's POV-
"Hey Lachlan, wha-" I stop to see a terrifying sight.
Lachlan is on the couch, making out.. with a girl. I stand there, terrified. He told me he was gay? That he loved me? I panic as he looks over to me.
"Sorry Vikk.. I found someone better then you.."
I wake up screaming, covered in sweat, but quickly settle down, realizing it was a dream. I breathe heavily, processing what just happened. I then hear my door open, and I see Simon.
"Vikk, are you okay?" He asks quietly. I nod.
"Okay, goodnight." He says.
I say goodnight back as he leaves the room.
What was that dream? Why did it feel so real? I guess I can't bear losing Lachlan. I sigh and close my eyes, thinking. As i'm laying there, I remember the ski trip is soon. Would that be a good time to confess to Lachlan? That dream might have been telling me I have to do it soon. I finally fall back asleep, confusion flowing through my thoughts.
-A week or two later-
I awake as the plane lands. I yawn and stretch, finally done with that flight. I have arrived in Canada. I look out the window, and in the distance I see mountains covered in snow. I got off the plane and found my luggage, ready to meet Rob.
"Hey Rob!" I yell as I see Rob. I run up to him and give him a hug.
"Hey! How you been?" He asks.
"Good." I reply, pulling back.
"Lachlan here yet?" I ask curiously.
He nods and I feel butterflies in my stomach. I promised myself I would confess during this trip.
"So.." Rob says.
"Yea?" I ask.
"When are you gonna.. you know?" I sigh and put my hands in my coat pockets. "I was planning to sometime during this trip, but i'm just too nervous." I respond with a dull tone.
"I wouldn't worry, everything will work out." Rob tells me with a smile on his face, then proceeding to bring my luggage to his car.
"I guess."
It won't work out good. Nothing ever does.
