THREE YEARS LATER
Sammy's POV
I put my dress on as Lexi was finishing her makeup. I stood in front of the mirror as I could see Lexi looking at me. I turned around to smile at her.
"Who would of thought that we both stayed in college and graduated" I said laughing
"We were sure you were going to drop out" Lexi said laughing
"Girls" Ambrose said as he stood in the doorway
"The mothers want pics" Ambrose said
"I have to get dressed real quick" Lexi said
Graduation was in three hours and we were getting ready at my parents place. Lexi's parents were staying at my parents place because it was closer than their place. Lexi and Luke moved into an apartment about a year ago while I was still living in Noah's house with his parents. We stayed at my parents place for four days and we said that we would see the boys at graduation.
"We will meet you down stairs" I said and I followed Ambrose out of the room. I shut the door and he looked at me weirdly.
"What?" I asked as we went down stairs
"You guys act like you are getting married" Ambrose said
"This is important, jackass" I said
"Oh my god! MY BABYYYY" My mom screamed
"Mom" I said just as Lexi started to come down to us
"We look hot" I said and Lexi rolled her eyes
"We going to fuck shit up" I said
"Samantha" My dad said
"Dad, we are twenty three" I said
"We need to all get going because we have an hour drive" I said
"Lexi and I are going to get going. We will see you guys there" I said hugging my parents
NOAH'S POV
"Fuck" I said as I put my tie on
"What's with all the unnecessary cussing?" My mom asked
"I can't put this on" I said as I could feel my palms getting clammy.
"Hunny breath" She said
"I'm nervous" I said as I looked to my dresser to see the ring box.
"Hun" She said
"What if it's all too much in one day?" I asked
"You need to get going if you want to meet the boys in time" She said handing me the ring box
"Your dad and I are going to finishing setting up for your engagement party" She said with a wink
"If she says yes" I said
"Stop that" My mom said
"We will see you after grad" She said as she pushed me out of my room
"I need my cap and gown" I said and she threw it at me
"I will see you later. Love you" My mom said
"Love you" I said
I met up with the guys, we were at Luke's apartment. We were taking shots to get the edge off. I was the only one who was super nervous.
"No more shots unless we are walking drunk" Grayson said
"I'm down" Jc said and Grayson put the bottle away
"Show us the ring" Luke said looking at me and I pulled the ring box out of my pants and gave it to him. He opened it and showed it to the others.
"I got Lexi's hiding in a pair of my sneakers" Luke said as he gave me the ring back
"Gross" Jc said
"I don't know when I'm going to propose yet" Luke said
"I'm second guessing this" I said
"It's long over due" Gray said and I looked confused at him
"She would have said a long time ago, so stop sweating it" Gray said and Luke nodded
"We should get going" Jc said putting his phone down. I put the box back into my pocket.
We arrived at the arena and we were talking to some other people who were graduating with us. I felt some arm wrap around me, I turned around to see Sam smiling at me.
"I love you" I said and she smiled
"I love you too" Sam said and I kissed her, she kissed me back.
"You look gorgeous" I said as I pulled away from the kiss
"You look very handsome" Sam said as she played with my tie
"I got us reservations at that fancy italian restaurant downtown. We are going tonight" I said and she smiled
"What about family?" She asked
"I think we getting a little us time even if it's just for an hour" I said and she nodded
"Well it sounds great" She said and pecked me on the cheek
7:15pm
"What are you ordering, babe?" Sam asked, I wasn't even looking at my menu. I kept zoning out and my hands were super clammy again.
"Are you okay, Noah" Sam asked as she grabbed my hand
"I'm fine, baby" I said
"You aren't, Noah. You are sweating so much" Sam said
"Drink some water" She said handing me a glass
"Baby, I'm good" I said taking the napkin and wiping my forehead
"I just need to get this out of the way I guess" Noah said
"What?" Sam asked and I got on my knee and pulled the ring box out. I opened it up and Sam looked in total shock.
"I don't want my life to be spent beside anyone else. You are so unbelievably gorgeous inside and out. These past years have been the best ever" I said still uncontrollably shaking
"Will you marry me?" I asked
"I would be honored to be Samantha Centineo" Sam said getting up from the table and pulling me up to my feet. She pulled me into a kiss as people cheered around us.
"Let me put the ring on" I said as I pulled away from the kiss. She gave me her left hand, I put the ring on her. She smiled at me and I pulled her into a kiss.
"We probably should sit and eat food instead of each other" Sam said laughing
"Is everyone at your house?" Sam asked as we sat down again
"They are" I said laughing and she sighed
"What?" I asked and she just shook her head
"Sam" I said
"I guess we have to have car sex" Sam said smirking
"We are at dinner you can't just say those things" I said
"Oh sorry" Sam said she pulled her phone out
My phone dinged and I pulled it out of my pocket
Sam<3 : We need to have car sex when we get out of here
I looked up at her smirking and I looked back down at my phone.
Me: We will
She looked up from her phone and laughed.
"What can I get started for you guys?" The waiter asked and we both put our phones away.
