A Love Which Was Never Meant To Be

CH 17: WHERE THE PAIN STARTS

Next morning I woke up and found that instead of my sister there was a note. In that note she had wrote:

"Rose thank you for always being by my side during my tough times. Though I am your elder sister, I was never given the chance to play my role and act accordingly. I am sorry for that. And also thank you for the last night. I will remember what mother told us and will find someone new to replace that jerk. So don't worry.

Also Good Morning!!!"

That's all? I Thought in my mind. But somewhere in myself I giggled. I was happy that she came over from her ex so quickly. Not like me wasting 2 years of my precious life crying on something which wasn't meant to be. Then I slowly started to get up my right leg had became numb. It was swollen. Due to imbalance in my body weight, My balance got disturbed and i fell with my face facing towards yuan's. Fortunately my hand's support saved us from the accidental kiss. Yuan had woke up. For a moment I let out a sigh of relief but then due to so much of moment the pillow which I had kept on the edge fell on me making me have a kiss with Yuan. Both his and mine eyes were wide open. Though he had always tried to kiss me but not in this way. So, he tried to speak "What the hell are you doing early in the morning!? Move aside!!!" So I told him that I wasn't able to move because my leg was numb. Then he helped me by getting his hand out from below my body. It seemed as if it was very difficult for him to move. Both of us got away from each other and took a hold of our breaths. I was literally ashamed so I avoided any kind of eye contact with Yuan's eyes which were staring at me. His eyes probably noticed this and to lighten the environment(just for him) he said something which made me feel more embarrassed and self cautious. He said"You have got more chubbier and heavier than before. I think you should start working out." I slapped his shoulder annoyed and trying to make my balance I tried to stand up. Though Yuan offered me help, I rejected him immediately making him pissed off. Then he tried to calm himself down and sat beside me. Turned my face towards him and looked into my eyes. Then continuing the same he said"I love you because of your personality, not your looks. So don't worry. I will keep loving you even when you have wrinkles on your face." I got touched. Then he held me by my upper arm and took me to the living room. He helped me sit on the chair and pulled my track pants up to know what exactly had happened. My leg was all swollen and red. He said "I think you should go for a check up. I will drop you when I go to work." I was bit confused because he said work. So, I asked him "What work are you talking about?" So he chuckled and replied"Actually I felt that I was becoming ignorant and lazy. So I decided to start working so that I can earn money and buy you things with my own money." On hearing this I said"Awwwwwwwwwwwww............ So sweet" and kissed his forehead. Then we got freshened up up and Yuan prepare us food. After having lunch Yuan dropped me at the hospital and went to the company.I took an appointment and waited for my chance. Then I went inside the cabin and told the female doctor about my swollen leg. She asked me after checking my leg"Did you fell somewhere and sprained your leg recently?" After thinking for sometime, I got reminded of the time when it was Yuan's birthday and I had fall(CH: 13). I told her. Then she asked me if had went to the doctor for a checkup. So I refused and told her that as it wasn't serious so I had not went. So she asked if I had again sprained my same leg. Well sorry readers to not to tell you about this earlier but in CH: 16 when the electricity, I had actually trembled on my right leg on which I had fall earlier in CH:13. So I told her everything and waited for the report. The doctor called me and told that I was lucky because Even though I was suffering through a muscle twist, but it was a mild one which could be cured if I followed the medication properly and took rest for 5-6 weeks!!! Literally??? 5-6 weeks? That means more than a month. Though I told the doctor that I would follow her, but in my mind I was thinking of something quicker as I didn't had the courage to tell him about this. As I got out, I found that Tiyane was looking at me confused because I wasn't standing properly.

Well you might have noticed that I have barely mentioned his name in the recent chapters and that's because I simply want to ignore him and stop history repeating itself and me repeating my mistake again. When he came close to me to avoid any conversation, I awkwardly smiled at him and simply said "Hi!Bye!"

Then I rushed out of the hospital stumbling and not even being able to walk properly. After some while, When I thought that I was pretty far, I slowed down and started to think about the excuse I would have to make. As I walked so much and that too so fast even though the doctor asked me to avoid any physical movement, Pain started to rush through each and every part of my body and through my every vein. This all pain slowly from downward went upward till it reached my head and stopped there. When you think that something that you first expected won't happen later is exactly what happens later. Just like in my case. I thought that I was saved from that strong sensation of pain, But the next moment, That pain started to flourish inside my body just like oxygen, forcing me to cry. This was where the pain starts. Tears ran across my cheeks hurrying to leave me because they were tire to stay inside me for such along time. Just then a voice from behind me called me.
