"Hey! I'm home!" Brian called out as he entered the front door. He kicked off his shoes and walked further into the house to find his two girls sitting on the couch watching tv. "I come bearing gifts." He announced as he approached them.

Kassi turned around and saw the bag in his hand, instantly lighting up at the surprise.

"What is it!?" She asked excitedly. Brian smiled at her enthusiasm and pulled out a cookie from the bag. "A cookie!"

"Here you go, babygirl." He handed her the chocolate chip cookie and then locked eyes with Rachel. "Can I give you yours in the kitchen?" He asked motioning for her to follow him.

She stood up and followed him, noticing how his attitude had changed compared to earlier. Once they were in there Rachel leaned back against the counter waiting for him to speak first. He walked up in front of her, turning to make sure Kassi was still distracted, and held up the bag.

"An apology." He said handing it to her. She peered inside and saw the chocolate croissant that he had learned was her favorite. She looked back up and saw his soft brown eyes already staring back at her. "I was being selfish earlier. I'm sorry for being such an asshole, but you were right. We won't tell Kassi and we'll keep this to ourselves until I remember."

That last part really stood out to her. He didn't have any doubt in his voice like he did before.

"You didn't say if." She smiled at the positive change of attitude.

"What?" He asked, confused by her words.

"Earlier you said if I remember. But just now you said until I remember."

Brian smiled down at her and knew she was right.

"I've come to realize that as long as I have you and Kassi...nothing will stop me from remembering."

Rachel placed the bag on the counter behind her and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Thank you." She whispered.

He placed his hands gently on her hips and leaned down to kiss her.

"The guys invited us out for drinks tonight." He told her once their lips parted. "I remember you saying Kassi is spending the night at your parents house. So, you wanna go?"

"Yeah, that sounds like fun." She smiled making him smile too. He brushed his lips against hers for one more kiss before they headed back into the living room with Kassi.

"You idiots made me cross out children's paintings?!" Brian said in shock as he, Sal, and Rachel sat across from Joe, Bessy, and Murr.

"Damn right we did!" Joe snickered reaching over to high five Sal.

"You guys are assholes." Q shook his head then looked over at his wife who was laughing at the memory. "You're laughing at my misery?" He asked her, raising his eyebrow in the way she always found so sexy.

"It was funny!" Rachel defended. Brian turned away from her pretending to be mad and trying desperately to hide his smile. But he was failing miserably and Rachel leaned over and kissed his cheek. "You can't stay mad at me and you know it." She told him smirking smugly.

He turned to look at her and looked into her bright green eyes.

"I hate that you're right." He admitted before giving her a kiss.

It started off innocent but then his tongue found its way into her mouth as they sat at the booth engaging in what only could be described as a make out session. They had no intention of stopping until they heard fake gags come from everyone else at the table. Q felt a straw wrapper hit his face and finally pulled away from Rachel's intoxicating lips only to throw the wrapper right back at Joe.
