"April!" Brian exclaimed barging into Rachel's room where she laid reading a book.

It had been a few days since Brian and Rachel started things up again. It reminded Rachel of when they started dating the first time; being hot and heavy constantly and unable to keep their hands off each other. Every night so far after Kassi had gone to bed the two would either go right for the bedroom and get to business, or they would make out and snuggle up on the couch. But every morning Brian had to sneak back into the guest room in case Kassi were to come looking for either him or Rachel.

It also didn't take long for the guys to find out about their rekindled relationship, but Rachel and Brian didn't really mind. It wasn't the adults in their life they were worried about, it was the little mind of their three year old daughter they didn't want to confuse.

So now here they are, on a lazy Sunday afternoon with Brian barging into the room saying April.

"Excuse me?" Rachel laughed sitting up fully and placing her book aside.

"Sorry." He said realizing he just welcomed himself in. "But what the fuck happened in April? That one words keeps popping into my mind and I don't know why."

"You remember April?" Rachel smirked recalling the events that happened that month.

"Yeah I do. So what happened in April?" He asked again.

"We first met in April." Rachel told him.

"We did?" He smiled and climbed onto the bed overtop of her.

"April 19th." She said looking up and locking eyes with the man above her.

Brian grinned brightly and turned over his shoulder to make sure Kassi was still downstairs before turning back and quickly placing a kiss to Rachel's lips.

"You think your parents can watch Kassi tonight?" Brian asked still hovering over her.

"Yeah probably. Why?" She questioned reaching up to play with his beard.

"I wanna take you out." He told her. "Our second first date?" He said, unsure of his choice in words.

"You don't have to do that, Bri."

"I know, but I want to. Let me do this the right way." Brian commanded softly.

"Okay." Rachel smiled.

"Great." Brian smirked and leaned down to peck her lips again. "Be ready by eight."

He jumped off the bed and headed back downstairs where Kassi was coloring and watching tv. Meanwhile Rachel remained upstairs and called her parents to see if they could watch Kassi. They happily agreed and informed her that they'd pick Kassi up around six.

Eight o'clock had rolled up pretty quickly and Rachel was in her room doing some finishing touches to her outfit. She had been told by Brian to dress up, so she decided on a black skater dress that perfectly accentuated her curves. She lightly curled her hair letting the light brunette locks drop just below her shoulders. She did her makeup, slipped on some black heels, and wore a gold chain necklace that Brian had given her a few years back.

As she was adjusting her necklace she heard a knock at the door, puzzled by who would be here so late.

"Brian!" She called. "Can you get the door?"She didn't hear a response but she did hear another knock at the door. "Brian?" She called again as she made her way to the front door.

She didn't know where he was but when she opened the door she couldn't help but smile.

"Holy shit." Brian said in shock as he stared at Rachel, eyes wide and jaw dropped. "You look...wow." He exclaimed completely speechless at the moment.
